omg! ep25 first scene lays everything out so clearly. pingjun says she has the right to choose the kind of life she wants and it's not the one she'll have if she marries the second in command of the ninth army!!! at the end of the day it has nothing to do with whether she likes ycx or not, but rather what she's been saying from the beginning, which is that they are from two different worlds and are meant to lead two different lives.

doomed siblings is my favorite trope in the whole world and this was done sooo well. the sheer concept of lee ahn dying and coming back to life because of the immense amount of love he has for kang sung mo and sung mo feeling emotions for the first time saving lee ahn and thus living his life repaying his debt to ahn as well.... so freaking good wtf

ahh i dont wanna say yes to this bc i dont wanna say that the ML's actions are now okay bc of this but i think she just really wants to trust him and like him bc he does really great things for her and other people. it just gets lost in the ways he doesn't respect her boundaries. i will say i do think she likes his attention and care and wants more of it.
