guys i was enjoying this drama so much until like halfway through it when it just became a romance :((. they had really great chemistry but it lost its spark for me. 8/10!

this new guangping painting arc has really locked this drama in for me. like i was already loving it but this arc is just so funny and full of character. i love the DHR world and truly want the best for my xuanye and banxia. ep20 confession scene from xuanye was so cute i love them so much 🥺

reunion inn case is soo spooky i loved the reveal in ep14!! still wondering why the cat demon has been helping them!

goated show. the entire course of the drama centered around zhao yuanzhao and li lun's friendship, to falling out, to reconciliation was gold. i'm going to miss them both so much. such amazing side characters. cried for everybody.

for shows that are based around solving cases together would recommend under the power, guardians of the dafeng, and mysterious lotus casebook

love love love this show. i definitely enjoyed the first half more than the second half. but this was still such an amazing story about resilience, growth, and self love. i will miss yifan everyday!
