Okay, I came here to see what people are thinking about the drama... and I found a ship-war. Ugh.I'm just going…
honestly it's the drama's fault bc the only main plot is the love triangle. but yeah, coming to the comment section will really bring down your mood and make you not want to watch this drama so i would recommend you stay out until you watch the drama.
Just re-watched the first three episodes and oh my goodness the difference. I'd forgotten the part where NDS accidentally…
yes i was rewatching bits and pieces of the first couple episodes and i miss the old start up so much. i can't believe it's become something like what we're watching now TT
Just finished EP 10. And here is my take. As sad as jp's backstory is, everything that has happened to him is…
hm i think you exaggerated things a bit. he only starts this to help grandma. he develops feelings for dal mi later into the show. and i think he truly wants to help dal mi, not just look good in front of her. do san's parents aren't tyrants. i would also praise my child for being the youngest winner of the math olympiad. if i found out he cheated, i would've been super disappointed and when he dropped out of college, i would've wanted some explanations. in my opinion, his parents really seem to love him and want the best for him. if ji pyeong is a bad person, he would've told dal mi the truth in like episode 2. he only kept this up to keep her and do san happy.
I think NDS is being a little unfair to HJP.SDM aside, let us discuss the relationship of the two men.In the first…
i literally could not agree more oml. from how the drama started, i was expecting a super close bromance between the two, but do san's jealousy is seriously getting in the way of a relationship that could've been so beautiful and entertaining to watch . and his jealousy is getting on my nerves too. i really thought the writers would've introduced some character growth at this point, but his character is kind of deteriorating and that's annoying af.
Most over hyped drama out there, that's for sure. When I first read about it I though it has to be great. Waiting…
hm i see why you didn't like this drama, but i think it's a bit unfair to say there was poor acting. i thought this was some of the best acting i'd ever seen.
wow this was really well written. you brought up a lot of good points. i am rooting for ji pyeong as do san's…
yes everything you said is true true true.
and same here honestly. i don't at all see how she could end up with do san, especially if he's going to yeet himself to san francisco for 3 years now.
Oh, wow, a LOT of things happened in this episode that was really interesting. So here's my analysis this time…
wow this was really well written. you brought up a lot of good points. i am rooting for ji pyeong as do san's character has become such a mess. what we know about him, what he says, and what he does all contradict each other so much. i'm really liking how ji pyeong is dealing with things and i'm actually interested to see what happens between him and yong san because i feel like this is the closest thing we'll get to a plot in this drama. but yes wow, i really like how you said everything and i couldn't agree more.
i'm done with this love triangle. i want it to stop. get it out of the way of the actual plot. this drama was supposed to be about 4 independent and strong individuals running after their dreams and wanting to prove themselves. i think only the first 2-4 eps actually focused on that. after that we got so engrossed in this love triangle that we have gotten no growth from any of the characters and at this point, i think it's fair to say there isn't even a plot anymore. i was looking forward to a feel good youth drama where people work hard and develop strong bonds, but i don't feel even a spark of chemistry between their interactions anymore. and now that there are only 6 episodes left, there isn't even hope for improvement. it makes me sad to think about all the potential this drama and its characters had. i once saw a comment about do you like brahms saying that shining characters were trapped inside of a drab plot. i feel like that statement summarizes start up so well.
so many keep saying this is like Reply 1988 which I think is completely false. Firstly, Reply 1988 we really didn't…
i can totally understand do san as a character, but the writers are really failing to portray his strong points i feel. he's always crying and his growth is so rushed and idk, they don't focus on him as a character. they only focus on him as dal mi's love interest. everyone in this drama just revolves around dal mi. it's like they have no point in being there if they aren't related to dal mi.
like take her sister for instance. she adds absolutely nothing to the plot even though her character could've had so much influence on the plot and so much growth as a person and a sister. but she rarely shows up and when she does, there's nothing that actually matters.
and lmaooo this drama was supposed to be about starting a new business, but that whole plot point fell away after like episode 4.
Kind-of over the drama after episode 9 and 10 I’m just ready to watch the last episode and skip most of it.....…
yo i totally agree with you. i'm losing interest in all the characters and the plot smh. the first 4 eps were gold, but i literally could not care less about the ending of this drama at this point.
and same here honestly. i don't at all see how she could end up with do san, especially if he's going to yeet himself to san francisco for 3 years now.

i'm honestly done with the writing at this point.
