About their chemistry, personally, I'm more in the middle. In the beginning episodes, I wasn't a huge fan of their romance because I just didn't think they were on equal footing to have an equal romantic relationship. Nevertheless, I liked their relationship on a more emotional, soul to soul, level. It wasn't until recent episodes, specifically after Euk Tak turned 20, that I felt like she matured and grew so much, and I finally began to love the chemistry they have. Of course, episode 13 firmly cemented my feelings about their chemistry, especially after I bawled every time I watched it, no matter how many times I watched that scene.
I selected to follow Goblin over this drama, but I can see now that it was a wrong decision! I'm still following…
I can't agree more. I'm watching Goblin and I'm still liking it but it doesn't touch me emotionally as much as Legend of the Blue Sea. Like you, I did the exact same thing; I chose Goblin to follow initially but I finally decided to binge all the released episodes of LOTBS this week. To my surprise, I'm enjoying everything-- the comedic aspects, the romance, the cartoony villains, and especially the historical counterpart story.
I was a bit hesitant to start this because I heard many people say that it wasn't living up to the hype. Personally, I really like it right now. The chemistry is super on point and I think Jeon Ji Hyeon brings out the best in Lee Min Ho because I didn't like Lee Min Ho this much in City Hunter. The emotional parts resonate with me, especially the parallels between the past and the present. The con men trio is hilarious and the story is compelling. I just hope it'll end well, happily! :)
is this good?should i watch it? i only watched 2 medical dramas this year Beautiful Mind and Doctors is it better…
Personally, I think Doctors is on a completely different wavelength than BM and RDTK. At its core, Doctors is more of a romance drama than a medical drama so I can't really even compare them. Regardless, RDTK is better than Doctors and BM, in my opinion. I really liked BM but RDTK's balance of romance and the medical side is super on point; I also like all the characters here whereas I think Jang Hyuk carried most of BM.
I agree with everything you said. I'm so disappointed this might be Ji Chang Wook's last project before military enlistment because he could've excelled elsewhere, in another drama with more depth.
