Former DBSK fan here. I don't know what to think. I just know that not all celebs accused of rape are guilty, but not all people going to jail are guilty either. We will never truly know unless a CCTV footage surfaces, but the fact that he saw prostitutes makes me see him differently. Bye dude.
Okay so he isnt guilty of rape just paying a prostitute for sex(still a crime)...its good that everyting is cleaered…
I didn't know he was planning a wedding now. Wow.... they were engaged at the time but is he married ? I didn't find any confirmation that they actually got married.
Ok so this is classified as HORROR. I'm a Cha Seung Won fan so this is annoying me. Is it really scary ? I can't stand horror movies. I don't mind spoilers, please let me know.
Picture doesn't do him justice, is there any way to change it ? I fell in love with him as the villain in Falling For Innocence. Of course I didn't fall in love with the twisted character himself. But he played the bad guy so well his acting skills impressed me. Then I just finished Witch's Court and he was an excellent smart and psychological lead. Adding him to my list of favorite actors.
Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the male screenwriter Jung Do-Yoon for this pro-women drama addressing rape cases. Goes to show that misogyny is not as simplistic as "anti-male" but it is "anti-misogynist". The show was realistic in that sense. It showed male feminism (male prosecutors of CAGU) and female misogyny (Ms Heo). The women of CAGU were extremely smart in that sense too. This is the 2nd drama of his that I have watched and enjoyed. Ms Ma is feisty, smart, resilient and never hesitates. She's a go-getter. Mr Yeo is fantastic and supportive of his Sunbae, both get their fair share of shine, in their own way.
Didn't like the drama much until the 3rd episode. It felt like the entire team of prosecutors was corrupt and evil. There was a big lack of empathy on all fronts. Past that, it's a good show. My biggest regret is the lack of romance development between the leads. I honestly think they could have shown through love the psychological and emotional scars and needs of a missing parent's adult child. This has definitely impacted her behavior. They should have milked the "former psychologist" thing a lot more. But I binge watched it and enjoyed it.
I'm on episode 1, i'm not fan of the female lead. But I'm a sucker for good acting. She is good.
The female lead is detestable until maybe episode 3, cause understandably nobody likes a hero who lacks empathy (male or female). But's a very good show, and I agree she is a great actress. She is so different from 10 years ago and she was already good back then, I was impressed.
You should. It's pro-women, written my a male screenwriter, and the male lead is very supportive. I love shows where both genders are on the same team instead of being at war.
Couldn't get past the 1st episode. If I'm missing something please let me know cause I lost hope quite early. The retardedness of Goo Hyun Soo was too much for me. What girl her age runs like a dismembered doll and goes "appaaaa-ahah huh? huh? huh?" when talking to her dad ? Stares at people like some confused baby with that aegyeo face ? Oh give me a freaking break. Why am I pissed just watching her?
I felt like the tragic ending wasn't necessary. I don't hate tragic endings (I've come to accept them in the world…
OST was beyond fantastic, I agree. I wondered too why they couldn't be together, but I thought, if my sister's longtime ex-bf fell for me, and vice versa, I'd see it as an impossible relationship. It's already bad enough when it's a BFF's ex, imagine when it's blood. So yes, this love was impossible because EunSeok was MinGu's only true love. Marrying your brother's love, especially when you've spent so much time torturing her emotionally and mentally was some sort of unforgivable sin for BokGu. And I think EunSeok felt it was not right to date her ex's brother. In real life, it would understandably be too awkward.
I feel the same. The drama is already heartbreaking in all it's episodes, it didn't need a tragic ending at all.…
The worst to me was that they made it seem like a happy ending in the last episode... UNTIL THE VERY END!!! This was so freaking unexpected, it broke my heart into thousand pieces. But it's my all time favorite drama ironically. I don't think I can bring myself to ever watch it again though.
