My theory about Luna is that the scientists in their quest to make a genetically modified human that can withstand…
Yeah what I mean is that they tried to make a human that can who won’t die by the water but the created a “monster” instead. This chimera is definitely not a human 😂
Yes she is been made by earth’s elements but there are a lot of things that we don’t know about life. There is a possibility that their forms of life could have existed in other planets before earth and theirs traces/residues are still in the space. Some of the residues could have ended up on earth and be the reason life began. That’s what panspermia hypothesis says in someway. So yeah, the theories you can made using this element are endless.
The water reacts as a virus. If you consider a virus a living organism then water is alive, if not, then water isn’t alive. This is a quite controversial topic so I don’t know the right answer. I’d say that I consider the water dead but everything is possible.
The antibody scenario is more likely to be true I agree. I would like if we see something like this in the future.
Yes maybe modify humans is not the right answer ti the problem.
Yeah the show some of her abilities, she was like a marvel superhero, this was fun 😂 Yeah basically what I want to know is how she could walk around on the moon without caring about how she can breathe. Yeah you’re right about earth conditions, I totally forgot that part. Your last question is on point I though of this too. Also if humans manage to brink the lunar water without dying by using the antibodies, what would happen if the lunar water runs out too? Will they use humans with low social status as water-producers and only the rich would have the antibodies?
Since it’s a sci-fi we can think of many things without any limitation. I’d like to see how they will use their imagination in the second season to process things (if there will ever be a second season).
The issue of who Luna was and what’s her role in helping save humanity - loved that. I appreciated how they…
My theory about Luna is that the scientists in their quest to make a genetically modified human that can withstand the effects of the water, they created a human that can actually live on moon with only source of energy the water. The may actually create a new kind of organism. The Luna’s existence also rises questions like “Were living creatures on the moon like her before? Why there is not a living organism on the moon now?” etc. I’m pretty curious about what will happen with Luna from now on . Will humans use her as source of antibody? Will they try to modify humans and make them like Luna? What are exactly Luna’s abilities? Can she live on earth? I have so many questions 😂
The suspense of the drama is built through the “unknown” factor and the process which will eventually lead…
Lol I was just reading your review! It was great😍 I’m impressed you gave it a 10 because I haven’t seen you giving 10 easily.
The pace of the drama and how it delivered the suspense was a 10/10, I’m glad you agree too.
Hmm about the ending, I kind of like it and I kind of don’t. I consider it as bad because practically, nothing was resolved. There was only the presentation of the problem and the solution is still unsure. This uncertainty though makes the ending more realistic and give you the opportunity to think on your own and make theories too. Maybe we can say it was an open ending. Maybe a second season will be released in the future, we’ll see.
The pilot episode was amazing but i don't get how the kid just got away with killing 3 people, I mean the lie…
For the first, it will be explained later (after lots lots of episodes). For the second, as the writer has said, the unrealistic part about the psychopaths is only the gene and its heredity. She tried to portrayed the psychopaths’ behavior as realistically as she could.
“kdramas losing their charms to globalization” this is indeed really awful and I wish we won’t witness it,…
Exactly, neither am I, even though I have my exceptions. I just want a completed story not a draggy and endless one. Asian dramas gave that option to me and I don’t netflix to destroy it 🥲
It was never “explained” to the drama but maybe that girl was Choi Hong So. She was on the run after she escaped…
Yeah you didn’t miss anything. This could have been explained but I think they have cut many scenes from the script and that’s why it doesn’t make sense.
The same happened with some unexplained things in the last episode. Fortunately, they released the cut-scenes of the last episode in “Mouse the last”.
so who tf is that highschool girl?? the one that stomp the mouse to death??
It was never “explained” to the drama but maybe that girl was Choi Hong So. She was on the run after she escaped from Head Hunter she, she never returned to her family. She knew about Head Hunters’ experiments with humans and mouses. I din’t remember what she said though and I don’t remember in which episode it is to look for it.
In general, all the scenes with mouses are symbolical so din’t try to make sense through them.
For example, the fight between mouse and snake can have many meanings behind it. One is that people always suspect the snakes but the mouse, which is unsuspicious, is the guilty one like JBR and SYH. Another theory is that the mouse took action and for the first time it wasn’t the victim. The roles were switched, like JBR with OZ in the end of the drama. You can think of many other explanations.
Watching Hometown is like walking in a fog < this. But also with the ending, it's like walking around the town…
Yes I totally agree. The ending is somehow open and leaves many things for you to imagine on your own, but the clues you have collected through the episodes aren’t enough to sort them out. That’s why I found the ending bittersweet, even though I liked the message the drama passed (which you have perfectly analyzed on your review) I wasn’t fully satisfied with it.

If they had done an “a few years later” then I would have flip my laptop 😂

I’m glad you like my review 🥰

Well, yes it was VERY slow, so slow that I couldn’t binge-watch it even if that was what I wanted to do at first😂
It doesn’t have a story to tell, the story starts at the end of the last episode and this is were the drama ends, how ironing !
Only a good second season can save it so, yes, leave it dropped for now you didn’t lose anything

Haha thank you, glad you like it!
I think I had inspiration while I was writing the title, I was affected by the drama’s mood xD
