Review Triage
Exactly my thoughts. I finished it a few hours ago and I was so disappointed because I started out loving it.…
I apologize - I missed this 2 months ago. It might have worked in a longer format if it was set up that Tin was an unreliable narrator, and then when we shift to Tae we see how things really happened, but that would be a different series.

Wow, harsh. Reading minds is a natural ability - some people are flawless at reading facial expressions and don't…
He's cheating him? I'm not attacking you or disagreeing, I just don't understand what you mean. He hasn't taken any money from him, and if you mean cheat ON him, they're not together so he can't cheat.

If you're in love with someone, isn't the whole point to try to get them to fall in love with you too? How would anyone ever get together if nobody ever makes an effort to start something? 99% of the time, one person likes another and has to win them over. Pan has never done anything to coerce or force Tai to do anything - he's asked him on a date and his offer was accepted. Tai has never told him to go away or leave him alone - if he does that, then I'll agree with you.

Title PlutoCharon
Why is it called Pluto Charon?I don't plan on watching this so I need your help because this is bothering me.…
Pluto and Charon are unusual in that they orbit each other - Pluto is larger, but their barycenter is outside Pluto's radius. With earth's moon, which is only an eightieth as massive as earth, the barycenter is within earth, so earth only wobbles around it. That makes Pluto and Charon binary worlds, whereas all the other moons in the solar system orbit around their planets.

That's my guess, not having seen the series. It's possible that there is the additional meaning in that one of the characters is a soul entity, and Pluto is the god of death and Charon is the ferryman who carries people to the underworld. Don't forget that Dante is giving a Christian take on the myths, which didn't have that negative spin in ancient Greece or Rome. Charon only ferries souls of people who have received funeral rites - which is why people were buried with a coin in or near their mouths so they had a coin to pay Charon for transport across the Styx - so far from being demonic, he was part of the natural order and in no sense evil.

Pluto was king of the underworld, but he was associated with wealth, which is why "plutocracy" means rule by the rich, not rule by the king of death - so again, in no sense evil, just part of the natural order.

You can probably tell I'm procrastinating from something I should be doing but don't want to do and would rather be here on MDL giving unnnecessarily long replies.

Tommy is like wallpaper in this 😭
OK, possible but unlikely theory: Tai is evil, and Janjak's true love interest is Tommy. It's not going to happen, but occassionally I'm surprised by something. I was expecting his role and his relationship with Apo to be a larger element to the series, though - I hope they develop his role further.

You should absolutely watch if if you haven't already. It's cute without being cloying, it largely avoids cliches,…
I don't know if you've seen it yet, but there's a scene where Big is wearing beach clothes that caused me retina damage it was so hot.

Rape is something that's actively done with either malicious intent or because you're a psycho. If you have no choice but to hear people's thoughts, you cannot morally equate it. It's like saying you raped someone if you happened to overhear a conversation they were having.

If reading people's minds in this universe required active concentration or a conscious decision, then I would lean in your direction, but it's still more like deliberately listening at the door than it is rape, which is an act of extreme violence, unlike hearing someone's thoughts.

In direct answer to your question, I would much, much much rather have someone hear my thoughts than rape me, and I think almost everyone would give the same answer, and it would approach 100% for anyone who has been raped.

I'm not challenging you here, I just don't understand. I didn't get how anything is cheating, and I didn't see…
Remember when Ya's brother thought "none of the chopsticks match" - what did Tai do? He also wanted Apo to take his hand at the wedding suit store because the necklace was blocking him. It hasn't been explicitly said, but it's a twist that's coming up. That's not a spoiler, it's my interpretation. But I'd put money on it.

I either don't remember or didn't see the text, so thanks, that's good info. It would make me think there's something nefarious, but he seems to be a member of the secondary couple, so I doubt it. On the other hand, he could be a villain and Tommy could be the true secondary love interest. If Tommy starts showing up a lot more, maybe it could head in that direction.

I love Jeng the actor, but not super fond of Tai so far.

I’ve seen Park before, but his portrayal of Apo is 100% Anne Hathaway a la Princess Diaries meets Devil Wears…
OMG, I didnt see it unti you said it, but 100%.

I’m pleasantly surprised by this show. I usually don’t watch series that are overly comedic but this works…
I think the comedy works because it's relatively restrained (by Thai standards) and a lot of it is situational rather than slapstick, other than Poppy and the Master.

This is really good for a Thai Series! like really really good!! I have been waiting for them to ruin it but Episode…
Same here. I'm starting to get annoyed that it's rated 18+ when it's clearly safe for children. Like really young children. It needs to justify the rating. I mean, they could at least have Big take a gratuitous shower.

I'm not someone who particularly cares about cheating. But Tai is being weird. Like the previous Apo set clear…
I'm not challenging you here, I just don't understand. I didn't get how anything is cheating, and I didn't see any boundaries set by the previous Apo. He didn't seem to have any boundaries at all.

What a lot of people havent notices is that Tai can read minds too - that's why he wanted Apo to take his hand in that one scene - the necklace was blocking him. That was the weirdest interaction between them, but it had a real reason behind it.

I'm not sure which scene you're referring to. If it's in ep 6, never mind - I'm waiting till it's non-VIP.

Pan's character is so awful. It's basically stalking a person. SO INVASIVE to read someone's mind to woo that…
Wow, harsh. Reading minds is a natural ability - some people are flawless at reading facial expressions and don't warn people ahead of time. Besides, Tailah can read minds too, so it's even. If nobody ever pursued anyone, the human race would die out. Fortunately, not everyone things having interest shown in them and being treated with kindness is "stalking".

Not the kids hat being two completely different directions in a scene that went on for almost two minutes. Like...…
That is funny - but reshoots are expensive, especially if nobody noticed until reviewing the dailies. They would have to set up all the lighting, get the actors, etc. and that could cost thousands of $,

Young Dao stole this latest episode. He's so darn cute, a mix of cheekiness, wilfulness and playfulness, all while…
When I read this I somehow got "drunkenness" instead of "cheekiness" and I was so confused - I thought I had completely missed a character.

Title Me and Who
This has really climbed in ratings - I'm happy to see that.

I've always liked Big for his looks and body, but this is the first time he's gotten to me with his acting I've heard some criticism here, but I think he powerfully pulls off a strong man who's lonely and vulnerable - he even conveyed that when he was wearing a blindfold. He usually plays a dumb goof, but it's wonderful to see him playing someone formidable and stoic. Also, that beach outfit was lethal, I like how characters in this don't ignore that they're with someone with a hot body and openly display thirst.

I love Jeng - he's played complex characters with great skill, even when he was very young - I hope we get to see that here. Tailah can apparently read minds, so I'm curous to see what the connection is.

While I'm greatful that Poppy was restrained (by Thai comedic standards), I'm more greatful his character is fading into the background because it was getting tiresome.

Anyway, this is suprisingly well-written and I love the cast and acting.

Title Peach Trap
All the actors are good, but I don't know why anyone would want to be with Yoo Doha. I think we all know he'll end up with the Team Leader, but I'd rather Team Leader and Best Friend get together and let YD fend for himself, and maybe he'll develop out of being a bratty little girl into an adult.

I'm getting bored of BLs where the uke is just the author's self-insert and she doesn't bother to develop his character or make him likeable.

After the first ep, I didn't see how anyone would prefer the team leader to the friend, but the friend is getting a little too clingy and infantilizing. The team leader is constantly playing power games, and the cafe owner is a creepy stalker.

I don't think any of them are relationship material, so they should just rent an AirB&B for a weekend and f@#$ each other silly and then go their separate ways and hopefully grow up.
