They're Japanese martial arts terms for "attacker" (seme) and "receiver" (uke) used to describe each of the characters in a pair. The Seme is always taller, usually older, the top in the relationship, and masculine, active, athetic, and dominant. The uke is feminine, passive generally useless, and needs a Real Man to take care of him, protected him from accidentally killing himself trying to tie his shoes, eat good, dscend stairs, walk, or be anywhere near water or a basketball court. I'm exaggerting to try to be funny, but it's not much of an exaggeration. Essentially, the uke is a 12-year old virgin ripped out of a Victorian-era novel. You've probably noticed that he seems to find sex repugnant and usually pushes away the seme or refuses even a kiss on the cheek which he treats as something scandalous.
I find this dynamic both homophobic and misogynist, as if you can't be a real man if you take it up the b#&&, and feminine = passive.

Yes, well given they think giving a guy a ride home and being nice to his mother is bullying, any possessiveness by X will prompt them to call the authorities.
Sing Harit is an actor who you'll recognize that has been a supporting character in about 90% of BLs.
I didn't see any bullying - X didn't know Q was standing behind the door and asked if he needed help. Other than…
Yes, that's the definition, but that's not what X was doing. Unless helping someone with an audition, giving them a ride home, and being nice to their family is using stength or power to frighten or hurt weaker people. Are you serious with this?
Thank God for the +10 seconds button, although I think I've suffered a repetitive motion injury.
I've commented that Earth Teerapat somehow makes blinking look insincere, but at least he doesn't set a-smoldering the embers of a future homicidal rage.
"You're so selfish!" You ask someone to be your boyfriend after one date and then call him selfish because he's not ready to commit to a creepy stalker that quickly? Ugh. What a revolthing naricissist. And f@#$ing take a weed-whacker to those ridiculous bangs. You're a grown man, not a pre-schooler.
And why is Titnuea's hair a completely different color in every scene?
But Ho Lee Fuk, his brother. That was a powerhouse performance. Why can't Plengrak date him instead? Now that would be a hot couple.
Weird shit like barely touching lips when kissing or a high-five as a climax to a romance? It would be harder to come up with anything tamer than Thai BL.
The uncle character is wonderful! I'm sure he will be a useful source of advice, just like the uncle in "My Ride".
I feel like I've seen him in someone before, but I don't think so. Looking at his instagram, he might be a little TOO muscular. Although I can think of a few uses for those abs.
"Earth is such a terrible actor he's like a black hole of acting, that sucks all the life and light out of everything.…
I think I would rate Earth worse than Daonuea - I'm not sure how bad Best is because he was good in the Special Episode which tricked us all into watching that disaster of a show. You have to admit that Best is doing a fantastic job of playing his character, because it's rare that someome is so capable of making me want to slam their head into a wall. Earth acting just makes me sigh wearily when he fails to make simple things convincing, like blinking or sneezing.
I don't really want Earth's character to die (it might make Lee sad). I just want him to take a plane to Inner Mongolia and never come back.

That's not bullying. By high school standards that's mild teasing. Bullyling is brutal and scarring - are you seriously compariong people being beaten up on a daily basis for being gay or whatever reason to someone being charning to your mother so she invites you to dinner? X gave him a ride, got a good performance out of him in the audition, and has been generally nice to gim, other than flicking a few drops of water at him.
I liked it, didn't love it. I am in love with Tee (Q), and I think the main couple has potential, and I liked the Sing-esque Toy and the adorably soft Frank. I like that the main couple don't neatly fit into seme and uke, and I like that X has already decided what he wants and is going for it full-bore. I would also like to climb Q's uncle, but that's not important right now.
On the negative side, the first part was really dull, and rich kids in high school again? Sigh. But I did enjoy it and there's something about it that feels different.

TBH, there's some shallowness to my preference for Best. If Earth takes a shower or something he may leapfrog ahead.

Personally, I think that's much too weak a metaphor for Duean Yi.

When did people get so fragile?
