That was intense. I know everyone loves the secondary couple, but I found it a bit artificial in Ep 4. This series has a more realistic atmosphere to it, and they were a bit cartoonish. I still like them, but I hope it becomes a more substantial storyline.
I love the main couple - they have great chemistry.
Wasn't it more weird than heartbreaking what he did to the cake? Guy should have texted Jing, but Guys is saving…
If you're not happy with something in a relationship, you discuss it and work on it together. Obsessing over a phone idol is bordering on cheating, and scheduling a dinner at the end of a medical professional's shift is setting a trap, since you know the chances are extremely high that he won't be able to make it. He should have planned that for Guy's day off. The only thing Guy did wrong is not text when that guy had him take over his shift. I'm sorry, but anyone who thinks a dinner date is mor important than saving lives is a self-absorbed prat.
I don't think I can do this anymore. I like everything having to do with Tuaphee, but everything else is unpleasant or boring. Was the writer orphaned several times in childhood or something?
This last episode was just a big box of cliche. Once again an uke is incapable of using stairs, a seme is there to catch him, a car with darkened windows comes out of nowhere and the driver never gets out, etc. etc. It's a good thing ukes never need to walk, use stairs, be outside when it's raining or the sun is bright, or use a sharp object, or walk by a basketball court when there's no seme around.
And worse, it's boring. Even the OST is generic, as if someone hired Jeff Satur to take all his previous work, throw it in a bag, shake, and dump it out on the soundtrack.
But there's just too much inconsistency, which is lazy writing. Is Prakan mentally deficient? How is he not able to tell the difference between what Tuaphee does and murder? It seems like he gets it, but from the scenes from next week it's clear he forgets again. And he only has one facial expression. I love Yacht and he's doing a good job, but his character is generically bad, and we know all will be forgiven at the end and for some reason he doesn't know his own cousin is gay even though he's constantly on dates with men. And what are the Reaper rules? Is Tuaphee a pedophile?
If this were at least interesting, I could forgive the lazy writing and put up with what a boring putz Prakan is just to stare at Tuaphee, but I just don't want them to be together. Why can't Tuaphee get with Kheeta or Nathee? Or Mehta? Or the hospital administrator? Or a female character? Or be alone?
This could have been great with better casting and better writing. The idea is really good, and Karn is so beautiful and charismatic. If they'd cast Yacht as Prakan we'd have somerthing.
Considering starting this series.... How is it.... Recommendations without spoilers please....
It makes no sense, has an unlikeable main character, and is intensely boring. On the other hand, the soul reaper guy is hottttt. But I can't recommend it. There are people that like it, though. Maybe watch the first ep and see if it's for you.
I really like this one, super sad only two eps left 😭
It's apparently not 15 episodes - it will continue throughout the year, so there may be 30+ episodes. Although I'm surprised at how fast the romance is moving - maybe they get togetheer in Ep 15 and there's a hiatus or something.
Thai BL mixed with fantasy that worked well? The Miracle of Teddy Bear. It's so ironic how a story about a teddy…
I liked Cupid Coach, but I'm shallow and I thought the lead was hot. Plus, people had adult and reasonable discussions. And sex. Which adults occassionally do.
I love the main couple - they have great chemistry.
How is this rated so low? Kouta's mannerisms are really exaggerated, but the situational comedy is not slapstick, it's darkly funny.
