Well, we certainly know who the uke is now - if tapping his head against a glass door knocks him out, you know he's an uke.

And I don't remember Boss having a body like that. Yikes!

They need to be a little careful about things that make no sense, like closing the kitched on a hotel restaurant at dinnertime, or Ahtip somehow knowing what Poon's rent is.

But otherwise, it's a fun show.

Shi Cheng Hao is just beautiful - my goodness. And did you see the 8-pack on Max Lin?

I like that the leads treat each other like guys, and no a boy and a girl like most seme/uke couples - it's refreshing. So far this is pretty good - I'm dreading the "accident" mentioned in the synopsis and am hoping it's metaphorical and not MODC depressing.

You always said it better than I could, Jpny01 ! I kept saying there was no inconsistency in Chap's behaviors…
For Cherry Magic the whole point of the series is that Adachi has been a virgin for so ridiculously wrong that he gained magical powers. I'm OK with it when it's the premise of the series, and they get points for making the Seme gay.

The Middle East is bottom heaven - in cultures with strict separation of the sexes, men will bend quite a bit.

In non-LGBTQ+ cultures, most bi men will just live straight lives - it's so much easier, and it can work, unlike a gay man marrying a woman, although in cultures with non-companionate marriage, some women find it a plus.

I really liked it. The characters are fun, Poon is adorable even when he's acting tough, and Peter is good at not pushing it to the point we don't like him. Athip is a cold dick without being totally unreasonable or horrible, the writing is tight, and other than the totally unnecessary trip/fall/kiss, it avoided a lot of BL cliche - even the trip/fall was a funny variation on the theme.

It's not fantastic or groundbreaking, but it's perfectly good entertainment and deserves more than a 7.7. I suspect it's difficult for people to get the taste of Gen Y out of their mouths, and who can blame them? But looking at this objectively it's just much better.

Boss couldn't have looked more uncomfortable wearing a suit, but then if there were multiple takes of the outdoor scene he must have been dying in that thing.

Bom as Tewit was charming and did a good job for a noob, and the potential romance with a trans character is an interesting touch - it was refreshing to see non-ridiculous trans character.

So cute! Much better than Gen Y!
That's like saying "Anyone is better than Hitler", but I agree that it's much better than Gen Y.

I don't know - check out Green's tiktok - he's got a pretty tight body. He's a dancer.

BL does like to ignore sexuality. Sure, there are bisexual men, but not ALL men, and only one (Fiat in My Gear Your Gown) has actually identified as such - most of the characters are straight guys who turn gay for one man due to an accidental trip. I'm not sure why BL insists on this, but it's getting really old. Why can't the two characters just be gay? Why is there always a girl in the way? Ugh.

Yes - ep 7 made it seem lime they were still engaged - but in ep 3 he said she was his ex. Im confused.

First, it has nothing to do with pool being deep or not, he was having anxiety attack and when he fell he passed…
That's true enough - but you need longer than a few seconds to drown. And I love how none of the 50 people at the pool could be bothered to help. To be fair, we know that Thai water is lethal to humans (instand fever if rain touches you), so they probably didn't want to risk it.

Aiaoon is clearly in the wrong. He is just stringing everyone along.. He jumped on Nawee, dragged him out, confessed…
Is he, though? He said what's-her-face is an ex, so it's already been broken off. Or has it? It seems to vary from scene to scene. It's like the writer can't be bothered to check what she wrote earlier. "Hmm, did I write that she's his current fiance, or his ex? Oh, well, who cares - she's current for this scene."

That was terrible on almost every level. First of all, don't have Green take off his shirt if you're not going to give us a decent look at that chisled bod.

And how many times is Nawee going to fall into a body of water? Also, you can't drown in 5 seconds. There are tropes, and there are tropes. Tripping all the time is annoying, accidental kisses are so stupid they take you out of the story, and total and implausible failures of communication ar lazy writing and intolerably frustrating to watch - this whole series is lazy, and not just lazy but incompetently written. It's just a bunch of stock BL devices strung together.

And who wears a 3-piece suit for sex? That's Booty Call 101 - don't wear complicated clothes. Ease of removal is key. They did the planking-sex again, but at least their bodies were pressed together when they were on their knees, and you can't really go wrong with Chap and Green shirtless, so that scene was at least decent - but it wasn't enough to save this mess. Why did Nawee need to drown to get upset about Aiaoon having a fiance? Or is it ex-fiance? It seems to depend on the requirements of the scene. I get how Green throwing himself at you could distract you from rational thought, but what about post-sex, a night's sleep, getting ready, and going out?

First, this pool was not deep at all.Second, everything else was a mess and two shirtless men can't save this…
It's not about the depth. I've seen scores of BLs and from them I've learnd that Thai water is extremely dangerous, and you can get a fever from even a drop of rain touching you. Being immersed in water is a death sentence and it's a miracle Aiaoon was able to save him.

Is that so ? But I think the Manhwa was great I always waited for next chapters. Actually Tae Sung didn't really…
He didnt actually rescue him because he didnt need any help. But his showing up undermined the power of the scene.

I emjoyed the manhwa up to the point they got together. After that it meandered pointlessly and i got bored.

Their first meeting did not go well, and Gen thinks Song doesn't treat him respectfully. But Gen isn't so much…
I think hes annoyed at how attracred he is to someone who must be 7-10 years younger than him, and how he cant seem to escape from the situation. If he were willing to date someone that young, there wod be no story.
On Cherry Blossoms after Winter Apr 14, 2022
The last episode was a letdown. What's the point of setting up important dramatic points in a plot if you're just going to handwave them away? I realize a lot of this is in the manwha, but so what? Make it better, or choose a better manwha. I tried to read it, but I got bored after they got together - it was just an endless story of their doing normal day-to-day things together.

The story seemed intent on draining any emotion from any scene - the discussion should have been between Haebom and mom - Taesung coming to "rescue" him ruined what should have been a powerful scene. And there was no chemistry between the main pair in the finale.

It wasn't terrible, it was just dull.

Nut's anger issues are quite apparent, but can someone explain why Gen treats Song the way that he does? It's…
Their first meeting did not go well, and Gen thinks Song doesn't treat him respectfully. But Gen isn't so much angry as annoyed, which is quite different. Nut hits people and says terrible things - Gen hasn't said much more than "go away."

I'm just from watching this episode and I have a question,Please. Both Metha and Prakan refer to the Hospital director…
The problem is that all Thais call all older men "uncle", so it's hard to tell who's a real nephew. That both Prakan and Mehta own large shares of the hospital suggests they may have a familial relationship, but I really don't know.

Just want to say that like The Miracle of Teddy Bear, both airing Cutie Pie and KinnPorsche have a lot of problem…
The word "toxic" is ued so often the word is nearly meaningless. The closest I can come is "anything humanly flawed". If any character does anything wrong, they're canceled. No forgiveness, no mercy.

I think people are confusing bad behavior with romanticising bad behavior, and even with the latter, viewers know the difference between right and wrong - they're not going to go out and give someone an ambush blow-job because they saw it on TharnType. I don't see how you could watch this series and think anyone is normalizing Nut's behavior - everyone around him calls him out on it.

And he's not just being abusive because the writer finds it sexy - it's out of damage he's suffered from abuse, so it's quite well motivatd and explained. A real drama has plot and character arcs - I know people aren't used to that because BLs don't usually have any of that, but it's what raises this series so far to the top of the heap.

Well, it's still amazing as of Ep 7, so that's good, right? Tthe quality has not declined at all. Plus, I don't know how it will end, which is rare and maintains the dramatic tension.
