This is BL, not reality. BL is about as far from reality as it gets. But it you're trying for realism, then it needs to make emotional sense, This just feels like a 2D plot device and is unsatisfying and boring.

Fortunately you can get a one-month and it actually expires and doesn't keep charging your card until you die. I probably have subscriptions to services I've complelety forgotten exist.

Why does everyone always feel compelled to say that? As if 99.99% of BL characters aren't already bi.

Well, if they can somehow pull a rabbit out of the hat for Ep 8 and save this mess, I'll be impressed. Otherwise, if you watch it, prepare to be bored and confused except for the few occassions when Jeff Satur shows up. You'll still be confused, but not bored.

I wouldn't mind if they bring Sean back to have his way with a more of the characters - at least it would inject some energy into this mess.

I'm not sure that means anything - Ep 6 used to be the final episode on Gaga, but they keep adding eps. There's a lot to resolve in one ep, although I'm starting not to care anymore.

I think it's more of a lukewarm mess, which is part of the problem. This ep I ff'd through most of it.

I really don't have a problem with things not turning out according to th usual formula - especially with Pete & King, where from the beginning there were serious problem signs. Valen has always been clueless, immature and insecure, so his reactions are not out of character, so that's fine too.

But an episode like this where virtually nothing happens and people just have flashback, largely to things that just happened this or last episode after all the drama of last ep is a bit inexcusable. I understand that characters need to process and decompress, but nothing happened for the entire series, then everything that could happen happened in Ep 6, and now were back to nothing again with only one ep remaining.

There's even stuff that was well done. They communicated effectively that Valen wants to like Non but there's no spark (although I don't understand why Khaitoon doesn't know how to eat food. He's never had southern food before?)

This season has been a total mess. Was there even a script, or did they just make things up as they went along? Why was Jun & the other guy even in this? What are they doing with Ice? Is he the son of the producer or something? Why did they cast a 14-year old as a college student? Did the writer have a boyfriend named Non that she wants dead or something? Why introduce a thoroughly nice guy whose only role is to have his heart stomped on?

You can't have a train wreck like this that's dull. So Much In Love is how you do a trainwreck - OTT and insane.

Personally, I thought Pete put up a valiant effort to resist Sean, but he's only human. That was good casting, though - you needed someone made out ot sex like that to pull off that scene, because it came a bit out of nowhere and if it had only been someone ordinary-cute or handsome it would have been a head-scratcher, but with Jeff Satur you can at least believe Pete would weaken in that situation.

He doesn't have to be all lovey dovey from the beginning but to go from nothing to "let's kiss" suddenly like that doesn't work too well. There wasn't enough romantic tension built, and like I said, I feel Akk's love for Theo, but I get nothing from Theo. He hasn't even been very nice to Akk.

Yes, sometimes the overrepresentation can be pretty funny. I don't know if you saw Brothers, but the entire student body AND faculty and alumni were all gay. That was actually funny, though, and not meant to be taken seriously.

Because Fluke and Gawin are better and more experienced actors, and are a lot more charismatic. A good actor can liven up a boring role, like Boss Thanawat did for his role in Nitiman, or what Bruce Sirikorn did with Aey in Lovely Writer, which could have been a 2D villain. Gawin's role in this isn't very interesting, but he is compelling.

You have to get a premium subscription to Ch3 - it's only around USD $2. It's the ones with no breaks, but make sure they add up to the totals above if you're seeing them elsewhere.

This is OK. The cast is good (and cute), but Mon is really a dick - bad personality. And bad hair, but I won't hold that against him - it seems to be a BL thing.

It's also a bit dull, and is there room for another basketball series? I can't imagine this holding up in comparison to the other one. Maybe it will liven up once Saint shows up. I like Pond and Soh.

Do you live in a large city? That might be part of your reaction to the stranger in the house thing - it's really not that abnormal in most parts of the world. Once in Poland our car broke down and I ended up stuck in social obligations for the next month after using the phone in the nearest house. Somehow I even ended up at the ordination ceremony at a monastary. It's almost rude NOT to get a stranger drunk in most of Eastern Europe.

This is not bad - I'm glad they resolved the gf issue quickly and didn't make her evil. Hu Shi Wen is pushing it in age for believability as a high school kid, but DAMN. This has a certain charm that makes it pleasant to watch. It's not super-original, but it's not totally lacking in novel features, either.

? What's wrong with Addicted? That's one of the best BLs ever made.

I've seen Akk's love for Theo, but not Theo's for Akk. And if it's there, isn't it a little strange to talk about kissing when all Theo's cared about so far is Enchante? It would have been nice if at some point Theo had indicated somehow that he hoped Akk was Enchante. Maybe it's just the acting, and I haven't read the novel, so all I can go by is what's on the screen.
