Hmm. It depends on how you define sad. I think I would say for most people, it isn't sad. But you know that it's…
I really liked He's Coming to Me, but the ending was ludicrous and went against the "rules" they had set up. Plus, Singto would stay in his 20s while Ohm grew old, which might be awkward. And Bring it On Ghost cheated because she was only mostly dead. We new definitively that Yoon Oh was deceased. I would add The Shipper, where a happy ending was perfectly possible given the setup but they f@%#$ing ruined the whole thing.
I'm OK with the clothes changing - it's just appearance. The driving and carrying objects around, on the other…
I agree - I think it doesn't matter what the rules are, they can even be silly, but they only need to be there and be followed. It would have made zero difference if Peach had brought the box with the bracelets from his room - and would have made sense. Instead, we're thinking "his mother is going to have a heart attack when she sees a box floating through the air". And if he can carry a box, why doesn't he just correspond with his mother via email or texts? He is always playing with his tablet.
I can generally let it go, but when it's outrageous and unnecessary like the go-carts, it takes me out of the story. There are lot of fun date things they could do instead, like have sex or something.
Reading the comments below, I feel like I was watching a different show. That was one of the best BLs I've seen. There were a few minor execution problems, like mismatched lip-synching and, shall we say, generous amounts of impossible manipulation of objects, but I really liked that it didn't discount our intelligence, and the acting was very good. Jimmy isn't the best actor in the world, but he was more than adequate for this. I wasn't any more blown away by Jae Hyun, who only had to stand around and look sulky and pretty. The imbalance came from Ae Eun (the mother), who had a complex role and gave a powerhouse performance.
Do you mean the last few seconds in the cafe? If so, there's no explanation. It was probably hedging bets in case somehow there's a sequel, which would be ridiculous, IMO.
I think it was on purpose in the conversation with mother at the end, but elsewhere I didn't think so - there would have been no purpose to doing that. They may have run out of time, or not had the footage ready when he was singing in the studio or something.
They seriously need to work on lip-syncing when Yoon Oh sings, because it didn't match at all...
It was very distracting to me and one of the biggest problems because it was the climax. I wasn't too fond of having to wonder how Yoon Oh was driving a cart and carrying objects around either, but other than that I loved it.
I liked the acting, especially from Jae Hyun and Ae Yun and the chemistry between Peach and Yoon Oh was great.…
I'm OK with the clothes changing - it's just appearance. The driving and carrying objects around, on the other hand, could and should have been avoided.

Why is everyone gang-piling Jimmy? I think he's doing a great job - he's playing a super-sweet guy, which is admittedly not much of a stretch, but it's not like Jae Hyun is particularly hitting it out of the ballpark. Maybe the problem is the mother is such a great actress that she outshines the boys - who are still better than 95% of BL actors.
Tommy in all those suits though!!! He looked SO FINE
I'm surprised to hear that, although I'm only half through the series so far. His suit in the first half is too big for him and the glasses and greased hair are not pretty - but he is, so he can wear whatever he wants and I'm still in.
It was OK. Nothing really happens and it's tropey, and Ep 2 was about 7 minutes - at this pace I'm not sure how they'll get through the story in such a short runtime.
I set it on 1.5x and barely noticed except when music was playing. First we got a static 5 minute scene of Kaleb pretending to work. Then other stuff happened, but I don't really remember it. Except at the end when they were putting living room furniture into Kaleb's office. There was 5 minutes of content in this - although there were some cute Lemuel & Omeng scenes.
If they're not going to move the romances forward, they could at least have gratuitous slo-mo shower scenes, preferably featuring Axl.
March has a surprisingly sexy body - it doesn't look like it when he's dressed, but styles are so loose now. I'm not sure about this series - I'm not sure I get what the point is.
I agree with a lot of what you’ve said. There has been a focus on style over substance, though I thought this…
I agree this ep was an improvement, and I thought Mark was good when his eyes were watering - it's just that it didn't make much sense. I don't by any means think he's a bad actor - I'm just not sure he's the right one for the role. Or it may just be the directing. But Aek does seem almost the same as Kengkla, so I wonder if he has much range.
This is not an attack or criticism, just curiosity - what do you like about Aek? He's a really dull character to me. Is it mostly a looks thing? I guess he doesn't do too much for me - or maybe it just seems like that because Aue does so much for me that everyone else pales in comparison, but we all have different tastes. I did notice he looked pretty good in the towel. :)

This is a 9.5/10 for me.
