The setup for the crying in the rain scene was poor. It implication seemed to be that Pi's mother doesn't accept…
Did it seem to you that she was judging his sexuality? Some people saw it that way, and I'm wondering if I missed something. To me she just seemed concerned about him, but maybe I'm seeing that through the lens of my relationship with my own mother.

I would say so. Expect to not care too much about the "main" couple though. The flashbacks are everything though,…
It seems underrated here with a 7.4, but at least people are watching it! I think it deserves higher, although they're not really selling the main couple very well - but there's till time for that to fo somewhere. I wish they'd let Peter be his gorgeous sexy self instead of being scared and ridiculous all the time, although he is funny.

I feel the chemistry from Mork, but not Pi. And I also don't see why Mork would like a rude and whiney little…
I wasn't sure if Pi's breakdown was supposed to be OTT or serious - If it was OTT, then it wasn't OTT enough, and if it was serious, it didn't work. Some of that is bad writing, though - it came out of nowhere.

This is the most adorable (almost sickeningly adorable) show I've seen in a long time. It's so well put together.…
It's funny, I didn't find Meen at all attractive until this ep, when I noticed how absolutely beautiful his eyes are. I love him.

I thought episode 6 was probably the worst to this point.Of course Pi has changed a bit...his mother is a bitch…
I didn't get that impression about his mother - she was concerned that he came home at 2 am in the morning and has been unfriendly and distant lately - she didn't say anything about his sexuality. Also, she said she noticed the book because it looked like it was going to fall, which is legitimate.

I liked the episode overall, but I thought it was spoiled by the ending - that weird breakdown scene came too much out of nowhere, and it stretches credibility that Mork showed up - either he's a telepath with teleportation powers or he's a psycho stalker. He's absolutely welcome to psycho-stalk me all day if Pi doesn't want him, for sure.

What is a "good progressive relationship?"
I think he was asking because "progressive relationship" means one that's modern and socially conscious, whereas I think you meant "a relationship that progresses", as opposed to one that is a roller-coaster of progress and setbacks. Did I understand correctly?

And his voice, the way he talks and moves, and more or less everything about him. Also, he has the power to teleport, which is very cool. I would like to date a superhero. Either that, or he follows Pi around 24/7, because he is always there at just the right moment. ALWAYS. WTF was he doing out in the rain? Unless Pi walked to his house and that last scene was right outside, there is absolutely no reason for Mork to have been there.

I think that's true, but there is usually a reason to DISlike someone, and Pi has all of the reasons. Except that he's physically cute, but is that really enough?

The only case I can think of where the film was light-years better than the novel is The Godfather. The novel is actually fairly bad, and the film is one of the greatest of all time.

I feel the chemistry from Mork, but not Pi. And I also don't see why Mork would like a rude and whiney little…
I think they made Pi too obnoxious in the series. He really doesn't have any redeeming features - he was even rude to his mother. I'm guessing in the novel he was more sympathetic - you can probably "hear"what he's thinking, but that's why it's such a bad idea to adapt novels - they don't work as screenplays because they're totally different media. In live action, you have to show us visually, whereas in a novel you are "shown" verbally.

This is unwatchably boring and unoriginal. All we got is people texting and playing football, and lots of an incredibly offensive stereotype screeching constantly - it's so f#$%ing homophobic.

It is just me? I actually couldn't stay awake trying to watch this. I was hoping for some Kaownah & Turbo, but it doesn't look like we're going to get more than a few seconds here or there. I'm not wasting any more time on this.

This was so boring I couldn't stay awake. At least Fish has Neo (Duean) and I could stare at Mork all night.

Boss is in another currently airing BL called Hidden Love. It’s on Line TV if you haven’t seen it yet
It's one of the most-watched BLs - see the statistics here (you have to scroll down a bit):

Is it? The statistics on World of BL seem to show it's the second most-viewed BL after Fish Upon the Sky, and they're running nearly even.

Wait, did I miss something? Cause that whole crying scene came out of nowhere for me. He didn't seem that devastated…
I felt that way too. It felt like the writer just wanted to end the ep that way and so just made it happen. It marred what had been a good episode.

They finally got out of that endless loop of Pi rejecting Mork with his bratty, sniveling whining. But I had to…
The setup for the crying in the rain scene was poor. It implication seemed to be that Pi's mother doesn't accept his sexuality, but she said nothing of the sort, just that he's been distant and not very nice, which is a 1000% accurate assessment. I actually actively dislike him.

His coldness to his mother and his meltdown just seemed out of nowhere and it just felt like the writer wanted to end the episode that way so she did. And WTF was Mork doing out there in the rain? BL needs to stop giving people teleport powers.

Mork would have to be self-loathing to have any interest in someone that unpleasant and immature.

Anyway, I can't get enough of Duean and Meen - I'd be fine if this show were entirely about them.

Meh.Phuwin is a pretty good comedic actor, but the dramatic elements this script and director are asking of him…
I feel the chemistry from Mork, but not Pi. And I also don't see why Mork would like a rude and whiney little child like Pi when he could have anyone. ANYONE.

Out of the actors Aoey is not filthy rich. His family probably is, but he is being disowned and it was more or…
I totally get what you're saying - but "villain" is stronger than "drunk come-on". Also, Gene didn't say "no" - he just stood there staring. It's one of the reasons I don't like the writing. Gene has no agency - things just happen to him to serve the plot. In this case, the writer wanted Sib to rescue Gene, so Gene had to just sit there and do nothing.

Going in for a kiss is not sexual assault. If Gene had said no and Aeoy had done it anyway, then yes. You don't have to touch someone to assault them (battery is when you touch them), so Sib has also sexually assaulted Gene, several times by that definition (and I don't think he has). And Gene did say no in his case. Which makes Gene an inconsistent character. Why does he resist Sib all the time, but he would have let Aoey give him what would likely have been an awful sloppy drunken kiss from an unpleasant person? It makes no sense.

I don't think I'm whitewashing Aoey - I think everyone else is demonizing him. I think he's someone you want to stay away from because he's messed up, has no self-control, and leaves a trail of damage behind him, but he's not evil.

That was by far the best ep yet - it actually made me cry. Those two have wonderful chemistry - it was there in YYY too. I wonder if maybe Lay just has chemistry with everyone. Although Perth & Yoon are both great at being the soulful quiet types.
