Ugh! So frustrating when Gil Chae was trying to tell Jang Hyun about her dream, he shut her down and started joking again. No wonder she keeps calling him a jokester and wonders if she can believe his true intentions. He doesn't realize how hot and cold he is acting. It is so devastating to watch him hurting but he is kind of digging his own grave. But it is so believable how they are having trouble communicating because they both have their own issues.

I noticed after every episode someone comes to give 1-star to bring the newest episode's rating down. Because I will see the rating, give mine, then refresh the page and the rating plummets. They are here every time 😂 What a dedicated hater.
I don't like how GC just won't give up on YJ, but at the same time I know she has loved him for many years so…
I feel bad for Ryang Eum too. I think Jang Hyun takes his loyalty as a given sometimes which isn't always fair. I will be sad if Ryang Eum ends up betraying him or something but at the same time I could understand him.
I think by now we have a pattern of the Fri. episode being a little lighthearted and the Sat. episode being pain and torture. From the preview, seems like that tradition will continue 😓
I am more so frustrated with the writer than the characters cos what they did make complete sense given then situation…
It is not too late for me, especially not for a 20 episode drama. It will be a long road for these two 😋 I definitely signed up for the angst and heartbreak.
Its frustrating Gil Chae still is in love with Yeon Jun, while refusing to admit her feelings for Jang Hyun. But…
Yeon Jun is to blame too for leading her on. He could have rejected her clearly and firmly but it is like he wanted to enjoy her pining for him even though he knew he would marry Eun Ae. That is pretty much what Jang Hyun says to him too.
Gil Chae's behavior this episode was not frustrating to me at all like it was to some others.
Jang Hyun lied about saving their lives so she couldn't have known, and Yeon Jun is still confusing her about his feelings for her. But he was very right about her wanting him like a child with a toy though. (I hate to admit he is right.)
And Jang Hyun, I love him a lot, but he keeps teasing her and she takes it seriously. When she said, "You call that a marriage proposal?" I was thinking, yes girl, call him out. Him pulling back from the kiss...He really can't help himself 😅 I was about to scream at him if I didn't know a real kiss was coming!
We know the seriousness of Jang Hyun's feelings but for all Gil Chae knows she could just be one of many women he is leading around. I think now with this episode the strength of his feelings for her is clearer which is good. I like that he understands that she's not in the same place as him yet with her feelings.
But basically, they BOTH can be idiots 😂 And that is why I love them, and they so deserve each other.
