I hope no one throws stones at me for my opinion but I like this show better in its serious moments. The silly…
I also am here for the seriousness but will happily take the lighthearted moments while we still have them...which isn't long 😅 I think it's going to be all pain from now on, lucky for you!
I feel like I need a history lesson to understand what's happening here.
In case anyone here doesn't know, DramaBeans is doing recaps of the show weekly which could be helpful as a jumping off point for research and to keep facts straight. And if you scroll through the comments many commenters are giving mini history lessons :)
do you guys think ryang eum might have a thing for jang hyun? i could be wrong but i felt something therealso…
I had a similar feeling to you but it could just be loyalty and complicated history there too. Either way I hope we learn more. I really love Eun Ae so far so I agree with you there!
Ugh...looks great, but...this will end in tragedy, no? Feels like it...Sigh, can't we have a serious historical…
Hey, we can't be sure of the ending yet, so you never know :D But actually most historicals that have come out recently have been really happy and lighthearted throughout or have had happy endings. I can only think of one that ended tragically actually. So this could be nice for us who are wanting a good tragedy 😅
If you have time please check out Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People ! It's by the same screen writer as this show…
I have watched Rebel, and it's amazing! Part of why I was really excited about this one. I have been waiting for historicals like that to make a comeback! :D
