I felt that her personality is kind off straight forward and not someone to beg or lie to get love of her husband..

also FL is not a sweet , bubbly character caring for everyone..she is brought up in a family who made her think that her health can give them a reason to cut her out instead of feeling sympathetic for her..you have to be extremely calculated and cold-hearted to feel this way. Also in the office she treated him like his employee under him..not a husband..at home she took stand for him against her brother..but now it is also clear that she also felt the same from him..that he takes side of his family and not her..she thought that this guy will stand up for her against her difficult family..but that's not the case..so she can only rely on herself and with time must have learned to hide her emotions

It is not a thriller drama..so the story will progress with the evolution of relationships and not many turns and twists, and as compared to the above mentioned two dramas it feels more realistic..we have seen a number of times how opposite people fall in love..but it is exploring that once being in love is not a guarantee of a happy married life..love is not permanent and small things/events can pile up to distance people when they can't anything as a solution but to divorce..while that love might be still somewhere deep in their heart..also exploring mother-daughter relationship. I find it more like a slice of life and dark comedy ..exploring deeper topics

I also felt sorry for him in the 1st episode..and yeah maybe for him it can be a reason to divorce..but isn't how 60-70 % women get treated in their married life ..cooking food in any sort of event while in-laws are enjoying themselves, even after sacrificing so much they don't get fully accepted by the family, have to sacrifice their role as a daughter to fulfill duties of a daughter in law..imagine if all those women also decided to get divorced for these reasons..but sadly as a women we are soft-coded that such sacrifices are normal and expected from us

yeah..just checked after writing this comment..she used to be a model or something and has never even done a supporting role but only guest roles..and it is her first Main lead role..and which is quite obvious..since she is new so I won't go that harsh on her..but purely as a criticism..and no ill intention ..she is damn bad..like she can't perform good even in simple scenes ..so yeah she needs to work a lot ..all the best to her

I actually shared my personal opinions..I don't know why but I find it not well written..like flow of the scenes don't look natural to me. I agree that some actors are doing very good job specially FL.. she is my fav but ML is doing over acting and while acting along with FL it feels even more bad..but yeah that's how I feel

yeah..I agree ..I think my taste has changed a lot.

I think it will be on a realistic and serious side..considering human emotions. Like in K-dramas it is normal for us to see main leads of opposite background and personality fall in love and get married..but maybe it will show that it is not easy to sustain that love for a long time. It will be refreshing to see married leads of opposite personality tackle down issues and face the harsh reality that love is not forever

it is most common theme in K-dramas..if it is rom-com..one lead has to be chaebol..but this time we have Female lead as a chaebol and a normal male lead

I think your taste is changing as well..which is normal..I also used to think that Yoona from SNSD is way way more prettier then Bae Suzy...but now I feel that Suzy is someone who is easy on your eyes. Regarding Kim Ji Won..I started to like her since The Heirs..in my eyes she has always been an attractive person..of course her face is not like your typical actress in K-drama..but she has an alluring face

I think it is all about acting..the FL is moving and acting like a programmed robot..while SFL is doing quite a good job so we can feel her

succession is boring...I think that's your very personal opinion..I loved it and enjoyed it a lot..

true..maybe the director told her to portray a character that can;t share how she is feeling..but she is acting like a robot..the way of talking , body language and facial expression is very off putting..

I find it the most interesting k-drama airing right now..editing is strange but overall the concept is good..I like how no main leads are white or black..all gray. I just find the editing kind of bad and off-putting and the acting of FL..she talks and moves like a robot..maybe she is trying to portray a character who doesn't want to reveal much..but she is coming off like a robot

just checked....this is first job of the screenwriter and the director is not very polished as well..so I guess I can give them the pass..they are in learning phase

I used to love rom-com kdramas a lot..but nowadays I feel cringe watching such dramas..the FL is one of my favs and I am a big fan of her acting..she is good here as well..but I find the actions of all characters so dumb and irrational..the scenes look forced instead of natural and borderline over-acting by ML..I think the direction is quite bad and the storyline is cringe and flawed..but again it used to be a webtoon yet they could have written the screenplay in a better way.
Maybe I have grown up..but rom-com K-dramas give me icks now and all look sloppy ..

I think the head old man had some sort of favoritism for Bale..like for him the value of that young man was nothing..but loosing and trying to lie about Bale was his main concern..

yeah...that I find very funny..but in this drama..it is okay

I think maybe because there is very subtle changes in your face past high school..it will not be possible to find such actors who look so similar to PSH and PHS and have acting talent as well because they have lots of acting scenes as highschoolers..so it is better to use them and do some filter and stuffs..like in all flashback episodes there is some blurry filter.
If theri current age was 45+ then it would have been suitable to cast other actors but for around 30..no need .
