That’s a great question. Actually, he’s only killed zombies so far. Most of the demons encountered so far have actually been a mix of evil and good. Obviously, this is intentional. It makes me think about the scenes from the trailer and MV

I think they’re wonderful with great chemistry. Everyone in the show has done a great job of acting. It’s been amazing

Questions about episode 13’s CP

Am I getting this right? Fei’s “true colors” shown to Qing Geng is that Fei was plain looking??? If that’s true then there’s no way she’s a heroine. Is she really dead? I didn’t see anything that implies says shes dead, but I’ve read several posts stating that. I don’t get a good feeling about her, and I think/hope that GJM resurrects her as a bad girl who’s more a part of the plot than episode 13 has shown us. Also, do we know why Fei’s face was beat up?

I agree. I think the BTS clips show how much this cast really liked each other, and it shows on screen

The negative reviews are clearly not from any fanbase associated with this production. Her fans have actually been praising how her scenes have been presented so far. There’s even a video re-released on her Weibo page where she and GJM are hugging and he is telling her that the audience will see how far she has come as an actress.

True. What I’m curious about are the leaves at the end of scene where he saves PSJ. Were those leaves indicating that someone was being controlled? Or were those leaves related to BJ’s origin?

With the exception of Bai Jin’s powers and glimpse into his backstory, the rest of the episode feels very disposable to me. It’s almost like it was written for Ai Mi instead of to move the story forward

I don’t think we will. I don’t even think we’ll get a love triangle between the 2 MLs and the 1st FL. Right now, it’s a love interest between her and ZYZ. ZYC seems more like a protective brother. I hope it stays that way. The love triangle thing has been done to death!

True, but even as a Great Demon we know that he was controlled by someone else when he killed Wan’er. Maybe that’s part of the reason why he can’t kill himself

Agreed. They look better than episode 13. To me, episode 13 felt like one of the extra episodes that were added to get us to 34 episodes. I thought the couple was pretty, but they didn’t add much to the story. For me, it’s the first miss. I might change my mind when I rewatch.

Unknown. I suspect that one of the good guys isn’t a good guy, and that one of the bad guys isn’t really a bad guy. I thought that ZYZ said he couldn’t kill himself, but we now have multiple of examples of demons committing suicide. It all seems a bit 🤨

I agree. In the US, negative reviews for MCU films were often created by fanboys/fan persons of the rival franchise, DCEU. It feels like that is happening here because 2 shows featuring high budget actresses are going live today. In fact, the trending topic earlier on Weibo was FoF’s Douban score which seemed odd because most people don’t care about it.

It looks like fans are fighting back with factual stories about the show’s popularity on multiple platforms, its record breaking run, and why they enjoy the show. It looks like it’s starting to change the sentiment again.

Actually, 8500 for non S+ (aka not a high budget ) show is excellent. Of course, higher is better
