Man, I was about to start this show, but I dont like rollercoasters and reading your comments (I dont mind spoilers) it totally looks like a rollercoaster.
Would you recommend it if I only like happy stuff?

I'm more than convinced to drop it. Even one-sided triangles annoy me, if she even is undecided, I won't watch it

Of course, I know. But what do you need to call it an annoying love triangle? for her to cheat on the ML?
It lasts a ton of episodes, she spends a lot of screentime with with SML trying to court her, they are bonded by fate, and she even shows some signs of feeling something for him during a few episodes (just because of fate, but still), and if it werent for ML, you could totally say SML actually deserves her, he does everything for her.
I call this a pretty annoying love triangle.

If that is really the ending I dont know why I see so many comments saying its a happy ending for the main couple. Staying together but only beeing able to meet a few days a year is a happy ending?

Im thinking if I should start this show or not. Your comment "there's more angst than fluff towards the end" makes me doubt.
Are the last episodes all bad situations? I read theres a happy ending, but if its the typical 1 minute good ending after 2 or 3 bad episodes, I dont like it either.

Im watching a lot of korean romances lately, and while of course I cant say every single one has a love triangle, it sure looks like 3 out of 4 have one.
Not the same level of triangle. Like you say, some are tolerable, some are annoying and some dont even let you enjoy the show.
I research a drama a lot before watching it. So I wont watch reply 1997 if the triangle is as bad as you say

Just finished it. It's pretty cool.
I missed more "enjoyable" parts other romances have. There were no big tragedies but there was aaaalways something not letting you enjoy a few episodes of nice romance. Hurdles were small and short, but same with the nice moments.
Love triangle is very annoying.
FL acting was great.

I have the show paused now at her saying "why is my heart suddenly pounding" while SML holds her hand. I cant understand how somebody can not call this a love triangle. I hate them in all shows, but I think this is the worst (meaning the most annoying) Ive seen.
If it werent bc Im a fan of ML and FL always ending together, I would even say that SML makes much more sense than ML to be with her.

I don't see it that way.its been annoying me the entire show. I'm at episode 11, and secondary lead and FL just got a magic fate bond made between them. He hugged her and she felt something. Sure, because of the magic bond. But you can't not call this a love triangle. Something always pulls FL and SML together. I don't think FL needs to be in love with both of them to call it an annoying love triangle

There is a love triangle. But not only is it totally onesided, nobody even realizes there is one in the show. Only we know another one is interested in her until everything is cleared out.
I was really pissed when the love triangle starts, but then nothing really happens, so dont worry.

Just finished it. The good part takes quite some while to start. But I ended up likeing it a lot. It's beatiful. And I loved the FL. Didn't know her before this show.
