I have a question.... towards the end, it was shown that he held Yumi as no. 1 in his priority list, yet you have…
He changed the priority when yumi wanted to breakup(but instead took a break). He kind of got a wakeup call that he likes yumi more than himself. The scenes you mention was before this. All this actually leads to Yumi deciding on breaking up.
I know right. 25 percent of the comments are just "infidelity! Eww! I won't watch." From my experience, dramas which deal infidelity maturely and not as makjang, can be good thought provoking ones.
She lived a fake life for 10 years and suddenly she regains her old self. So she didn't have time to process her current fake life as her life was resumed from what it was 10 years ago. Later she snaps back but as she learns more about the lies and manipulation by that disabled guy and her father, she gets confused even more. And yeah the disabled guy was just a good father but a criminal for causing the accident, lying about being the father and manipulating her for 10 years.
The most ridiculous thing is he has access to best private investigators but he needs to write a book? More realistic…
That's a valid point. But if you would have watched the drama you would know that he is waiting for her to return and not searching for a lost/missing person. The reason he writes a book is to appeal to that person to return as he is still waiting.
Infidelity is misleading here since relationship was started with lies. Those lies ends up creating a pain for one person and a fake identity for another, all while an innocent child became the victim. This drama no where supports infidelity and the situations that seem like that have a reason which would be explained later.
Well you can say that the drama goes in the infidelity line but isn't a tradicional situation.
The similarity ends till they meet again. Its completely different. You will see this from episode 6 on wards that the marriage was not we would expect. And from episode 10 it will be revealed why the marriage happened in the first place. This is about lies and deceit by family, along with bad timing that causes two people(and a child too, don't want to spoil any more) to suffer repeatedly. All the actors really portrayed the characters emotions really well. Its unfair that the drama gets a bad rap because of bad synopsis. So the infidelity tag is misleading and it should be replaced with fraud/deceit.
This show perfectly depicts the current job market, employee struggles and company culture, especially for people working in software/technology companies. This show is more relevant now because of the pandemic and rapid changes in companies to go digital.
Han so hee is too beautiful. The drama does a great job with visuals. The plot is uninteresting. Loved every frame that had Han so hee. Surprisingly her voice is sweet too.
