Loving this so far. Fell in love with it especially where He Yan couldn’t be bothered to sleep in the same room with all the other soldiers in the camp. Which as it should be because she ‘had been a man’ before as Ru Fei. She even smiled when commenting about the snoring 😂. If she had acted coyly, covering her eyes because the guys were ‘shirtless’, it would have been disappointing. ZhouY brought the character to life.
And loving it that she didn’t fall for Xioa Jue like immediately. She truly thought / respected him as her commander for the first 9 eps. ( I'm still at ep.9 😄). It kinda nice as the drama doesn’t plunge itself as a ‘love story’.
Nice plot, good script, good characters acted by good actors.
It's not the interpretation, it's the script that gives the strength to the actor's interpretation.(I think the…
‘…actors make the text better, even if it doesn't connect at times)’ totally agree - and i didnt ‘see’ this in this drama thus… a bit disappointed…
but not saying that they are bad actors coz to have a good drama, setting, plot, scripts, actors etc. must each ‘excel’ in what they are supposed to excel in…
@ep9 now and gosh… it was a struggle, so tiring to watch but i can’t take it anymore lol. Dropping it… it’s too drama-ish (for lack of a better word hihi) it focuses too much on the actors/ perfection that the acting seems too fake… (strictly based on personal opinion and preference lol)
Been a while since I logged in to post sth in here. But for this one, I just wanted to say, its a good drama because of the actors especially the leads. At first, it doesn't feel right because of the age differences - it just felt weird (personal opinion). But after a while, the chemistry, relationship kinda believable as they are in 'heaven'. They look so cute as husband and wife, so loving, a pure, true love. And their son was with them all along in heaven - nice touch. The drama is sth new/ refreshing...
Totally recommended. Interesting story. If this is in one of your drama watchlist, don’t read any of the spoilers- it’ll be much more engaging to go through the eps. by yourself.
One thing that I regretted the most was that i took my time starting this drama. Im just at ep.3 and has been loving it so far. And I didn’t even try to binge watch it because i think it deserved to be watched ‘closely’ if it makes any sense lol. Shout out to all the actors specifically KHS - she’s superb. Strong yet loving and caring and would literally ‘move the mountain’ for her children.
Been a while since i watched a kdrama and a good thing i stumbled upon this one in netfix. So sweet… casts were all great which made the drama very enjoyable.
I always ‘ignore’ this drama in the netflix list but somehow i kinda wanted to give it a try and i cant believe i watched it in one sitting LOL. Love the message its trying to convey. Do watch it…
truly recommend this drama - hontonix100 lol. the actors brought the characters to life and made it more beautiful. its not just about the love between lovers... it goes beyond that.
Just saw few of the clips and the drama looks interesting - seems like the FL has strong character and CSY seems to be acting it out convincingly. As for JCW - as expected... Definitely gonna binge watch it now. LOL
Personally, the ending of part 2 was a good ending but some people that don't like it call it tragic. Youku decided…
So, is the ending (as at part 2) satisfying? Open ending? Rushed ending? I was watching this while waiting for L&P 😂. Its a 61 eps so its good to know if its a satisfying ending 😂because so far, its not bad - both FL and ML are quite convincing with their characters and story plot - not bad as well since ML didn’t want to forget the FL during his ‘love punishment’.
Is this a good drama should I watch it when do the FL and ML get together pls tell me if you know
Go for it. Some may say that ep 1 and 2 are 'not impressive' but for me, I was hooked from the first episode. When will the ML and FL get together? It doesn't really matter because each moment they're together you can 'feel' their friendship, their love for each other through their interaction, constant 'bickering' and teasing LOL.
Regardless of its cliche story plot as in friends turn to lovers, parents disapprove of their relationship and so on, it's worth it because the drama was impressively executed. The actors (all actors : friends, antagonist, parents...) - they brought the characters to life.
What I truly love the most about the drama were the small details they've put in, the 'straightforwardness' of the plot rather than dragging certain issues as fillers.
at ep 25 - i wanna work at 'My Heart is Flying...' LOL. i could imagine that regardless of the workload and stress (if any LOL) I think it would still be a great and enjoyable work environment.
I understand that ZY's parent wants what's best for her thus they made decisions for her blablabla.... I understand…
Exactly. ZY was Diagnosed with depression - and the doctor even stressed it out that 9/10 are suicidal. Which means that the possibilities that ZY falls into the '9' is higher than the '1' out of 10.
at ep 22 now and the parents are like... Seriously?!!!
I understand that ZY's parent wants what's best for her thus they made decisions for her blablabla.... I understand that and, I understand that they 'should' try to separate them because as parents, it is admittedly difficult for them to accept LX especially now that he's in prison. But... at what cost?
ZY was not eating and she was literally diagnosed with depression and even the doctor said that 9/10 are suicidal. Is it worth to take the chance that ZY could be the '9' out of the 10 'that may ends at the other end?
IMO: Why not take the risk of letting ZY be with LX - whether she's gonna be happy or not - it is yet to be seen. Rather than taking the chance that ZY may be suicidal because the doctor literally diagnosed her with depression and stated the fact that 9/10 are suicidal. Is it really that difficult to make the choice? Its their daughter's life they are dealing with. There's no excuse/ justification when it comes to someone's life.
I would rather let 'someone go' and let them take a chance towards their own happiness rather than losing someone because of my 'stubbornness' because once they're gone, they're not coming back, ever.
LOL - I'm rambling on because I just can't understand the risk that they are taking with ZY's, knowing that she is in depression. This drama managed to get me mad, sad, happy and frustrated within 45 minutes LOL. One of the best drama I've seen - it's all in the details...
