ikr, they've known each other since they were kids along with go namu too. and it seemed like eul pa so adored her too. if I'm not mistaken he said something like he was glad she was born as woman. I think that wasn't because he was afraid she would take his place if she were a man.

and I think eul pa so made a deal with yeonbi from jolbon clan. she could take back her ancestor's land from go family if she could help him save the queen from north queen family.

so I saw many people complained about their beard. I personally feel like it's a cultural thing at that era and that's common. especially during the war, I don't think they even have a time to clean their teeth everyday, let alone to groom their beard.

but then the scene moved to the palace and literally my jaw dropped. and I think this is the only drama that got me laughing almost an entire episode because I couldn't tell who is who 😭😂 the only way I could tell is because I watched too much kdrama that I'm familiar with some of the actors by their voice and body figure. like "aaah that actor must be seokryu aboeji." otherwise it was hard to tell 😭 I was frustrated with my own mind and found the situation funny instead of mad lol. I laughed so hard that my tears were falling 😭
