Still on ep 3 and i have a genuine question: why is he treating her as if he hates her? Does he have a kind of…
don't know if this will answer your question, but I'll add more context to their situation that I believe crafted the characters' behaviors.
from what we get so far, apparently he has a plan (probably to have a freedom from that family). and his plan wasn't supposed to involve hong heeju in the first place. but then he managed to get heeju involved. he's indeed has a soft spot for her since they were young.
but in this case, heeju isn't supposed to be seen by the public as his wife. because people believed that he married her step sister instead of her.
and when hong ina returns, the both sides of the family expect to turn everything from the original place, a.k.a hong ina becomes bae saeon's wife.
he's very calculated with his plan, although hong heeju came to the picture, but he managed to get everything in control, until the kidnapping day.
we don't know his exact plan yet. and when he started to suspect his wife which was normal in that situation, that shoke him up. because it could ruin everything that've been built.
and all those harsh words were directed to the kidnapper, she wasn't supposed to hear it. he didn't mean it as he believed it was a scam. he was just being a negotiator and refused to get under the kidnapper's control. so he had to act like he wasn't desperate. it was a bargaining tactic.
yoo yeonseok as go dongmae in Mr. Sunshine is like this but 100000 times more brutal and darker. the drama is…
there are some breathtaking moments but I get that some people won't like it and call him toxic or etc because the way he's talking to her. he's a mega tsundere, even if his intentions are good he won't say it gently. and it's because of the harsh situation they have to face too.
but some toxicity sometimes adding spices and intensity, if you like that kind of trope you'd fall for him definitely.
Can anyone help a girl out and recommend me other dramas with a ML like this oneπor his other shows where he's…
yoo yeonseok as go dongmae in Mr. Sunshine is like this but 100000 times more brutal and darker. the drama is not focus on the romance tho. but if you're into historical action, it's really recommended.
#WhenThePhoneRings SaJu couple text message conversation (credits to BASEPOP FACEBK PAGE)H: Any kind of chocolate…
apparently the day baek saeon went to work out was after he took a peek at ji sangwoo's yt channel where uploaded his work out session ππ€ and park do jae said something like "girls are crazy over his body and I'd die to look like him too."
I was combing through the episode staring at tie patterns to figure out when the epilogue clip happened, that's…
me too ππ€£
I thought there's another day that the skipped too. but I just dig the episode again π apparently there's no other day in between. the setting time of ep 4 is only in 3 days. because after the interview day, baek saeon went home and told heeju that he gonna attend the chungwoon daily news anniversary tomorrow (minute 52:52).
don't want to spoil the fun as it's a major spoiler. just pay attention when they introduced their characters, especially during the interview when they asked the difference between the drama and the novel
lol currently watching the interview, and as they introduced more to their characters I found the biggest clue ππ no, it's more like a confirmation π
they're not actually spoiling it tho but if you can connect the dots you know π
the novel readers must having a lot of fun reading our theories all this time π
na yuri: oh my, did you just add water to your cup noodles too?
she's such a mood π

most likely it happens after that

yes, they deserve a happy ending after what they had been through.
that's a relieve then. I'd rather thought it's leading to a sad ending but ends up as a happy ending than the other way around lol
