I'm on episode 10 and it took a while to get into. The plot doesn't move very fast but I'm LOVING it

Yasss. I see the comments and I'm like this is so relatable. Yes it's can be infuriating/some said fake, but no it's exactly how you said it. And I feel like when it comes to parenting one parent has to be the bad guy. I'm on episode 10 where NN just got a huge butt whooping and the dad was trying to egg the mom onto being a bad guy, and she really did end up being the bad guy! It breaks my heart because the mom really does care.

I might be against others opinions, but I low-key understand the mom and why she's so hard on Niao Niao. At the same I also understand what Niao Niao is feeling. She just wants her mom to show an ounce of love towards her, or be told I'm proud of you! I love how they dig into this issue that is still affecting Asian families in today's world.
