That moment you find out that the writer of this drama is the same one that wrote Doctors and you realize why nothing seems to be happening in the show.....
If that's only your con to continue watching the show and if you like everything else I just suggest just fast…
Unfortunately, I don't really think I *do* like everything else. I like the actors, though. And I think because of that I felt like I *ought* to watch it, but it's just not bringing me the joy it should. I think the abusive dad just really hit it home that I'm not enjoying this as much as I thought I would.
I really really have wanted to like this one, but I just don't know if I can continue to watch this. Hyuk's dad is still, as of episode 7, continuing to be abusive to a disturbing degree. I can kind of roll with a slap or something - I know the culture is different. But he is literally beating the crap out of Hyuk. Jae Hoon has caught some of it too, but not as much. I think I'm done. :(

that creepy moment when u see the wedding part again when they were going in the bus.. and suddenly bok nam was…
Wasn't her hair pulled to the side at the wedding also? He mentioned that when he tied her hair back for her and she got confused bc she didn't think he'd seen her like that before.
**I went back to look at the scene, and I'm not seeing him on the bus?
I love Nara's character, but that husband I just can't warm up properly to him. However, that second lead male,…
Right now I see him as selfish also. I'm borderline on having some SLS myself. I *want* to root for CBD, but he's making it really hard right now. Although the scene with his mother in law almost broke me. Maybe we will start seeing some growth from him in the next episode or so. I need CBD to remember why he fell in love with MJJ in the first place and start trying to win her back. (And yes! Jang Na Ra's tears ALWAYS bring on my tears as well!)
I watched it again because I wanted to see what happened from the time he was fine with her in the morning at…
I like your observations. I feel like it has something to do with his parent's relationship that has made him this way. I don't feel like he, personally, has had a bad relationship, but that he is avoiding them because of the example(s?) he has seen.
I was biased too - I love Eric and Sung Joon can be hit or miss for me. In this he was a "miss". I don't condone cheating either, but I really was glad she ended up with Eric's character. And YES! Yeo Reum needed to make up her mind! I hated that she dragged it out so long.
This show was my "gateway" to Korean drama. I've watched it straight through at least 3 times and have rewatched my favorite scenes even more than that. It holds up to repeated viewings! :)
K3G for sure. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Veer Zaara, Bunty Aur Babli, Jab We Met, Kuch Na Kaho, Hum Tum, Paheli Ah! Everyone can probably tell that it's been a while since I watched any Bollywood movies since all my favorites are so old! LOL
(I wasn't aware of any Korean remakes, but I know they made A BUNCH of American movie remakes)
It also surprised me ! At first, I thought it was only for a comical aspect but episode two clearly shows that…
Well, the thing with JH was bad, but I probably would have forgotten it as it went along. But coupled with the way he beat his son was just OTT. I've seen some beatings play for laughs, but this time it fell flat. Hoping not to see that again in this otherwise light-hearted seeming show.

I'm so so happy with this show - I look forward to it all week.

(I see you love the supernatural/fantasy genre, too, like I do!)
