Sad story, yes😔

I agree with Wookie colleague here. Yes unfortunately there is a slice of romance but so far it's only implied and not actually executed. And to me personally everything else that's been happening stands out so much more, and is so much stronger, that the romance doesn't even disturb me the least. The story pulls me in for real and as this is probably my most favorite genre and cinematography style, I couldn't be more satisfied. What's more important, it's really mature and serious right from the start and there is NO typical silly comedy aspects to ruin the mood or heaviness of the story. That's always something I'm desperate to find.
Try watching first 3 episodes and see where it leads you, that's my recommendation 🙏

OMG I'm soooo glad someone mentioned it! I almost started crying in that scene. Damn that acting, how speechless he was and suddenly just let out all the anger and frustration — and I could understand him, with all honesty. I don't really believe that after 20 years this is how little trust you have in your life time friend and just kick him out over money, yet trusting a complete stranger over him. He was right to be suspicious and the point of the fight was rather trivial on Gi Cheul's part, Jung Bae's arguments were on point. His performance was very convincing and painful here.


However let me ask about one thing....that one time when Gi Cheul and Seungho were attacked by the other guys on a parking lot and Seungho got his back wound that almost killed him.... didn't Jung Bae send those guys after them in order to get rid of Gi Cheul? or did I get it wrong?

In my opinion it isn't really about them. It's a collateral to all the other things happening (there's a lot......?) and ship wars shouldn't be the main focus here 😅😶 but since you ask, the only one wanting a romance is Gi Cheul (oh how I hate childhood love/friend tropes, yet it always comes again and again) and Haeryeon clearly wants to f*ck Junmo/Seungho, only a blind man couldn't see that. I must admit their chemistry is well played, the actors are pulling it off damn great. It's believable. However, Junmo sure as hell isn't falling in love and neither is his wife (to be honest at this point I don't really know for sure what IS she doing....). Junmo spends time with Haeryeon because it's needed and crucial for the business. And it's not like he can run off to his wife for dinner whenever he thinks to and blow up his cover. He made it a few times but can't do it on daily basis and she shouldn't be reaching out to him either. But as the others have said, I don't really see the point in her keep meeting up with Gi Cheul 😄

I am too!!!! I think the production is really good and the humor isn't even that far fetched so it's fine for a comedy :O Accordingly to the genre section it's well made.

He's a good actor. He has a potential as an actor. I am sad that he's leaving because I haven't even been a SF9 fan for too long to enjoy it properly and yet it already is changing. Despite that, it's not something anyone from public audience should try to control and boycott, it's his decision and he, just as any other person who can and has the means, should pursue what he really feels is the right path for him and what makes him happy and fulfills him. And the truth is he shouldn't be only thinking about what's good for his fans, but what's good for himself. Every person should.

I'm not saying to be inconsiderate or ungrateful, because the fandom support is essential. However, it's also important to not lose yourself and not sacrifice your personal goals to some presumed responsibility. I only hope he's got everything resolved with his co-members and company and that they all came to an understanding.

I didn't know what to expect and honestly it's a mix of so much. Starting with the kids' stories and escalating through parents' backstories, it seemed like a different genre from first two episodes but it's sooooo special. Really special. It feels like so many pieces need to be put together but the creators know exactly what they're doing and are slowly getting where they want to get, having us where they want to have us. And I'm here for it, please don't let this show get ruined by a sloppy ending, the story is so complex 🙏🥲 I pray.

PS: im probably just another one in a long line but..... Zo In Sung's and Ryu Seung Ryong's performances are a blessing. I n e e d more of them 🙇‍♀️ I'm so in love 🤧😂

That's how all the TV shows should be released and it only got ruined by the streaming platforms. Back in the old days series only aired once a week on TV channels. Now our consuming society is being drowned and it's harder to even find a good quality show in the endless sea of streaming. It's because the ultra-rushed time we live in should be slowed down and people taught patience and long-range attention again, not how tiktoks and keep shortening contents damages human brains. 🙏

I personally didn't sense any implications of that, they were just such good and lovable friends.I loved their bromance, how they kept proving the way they care about each other and looked out for each other. They won me over. Their characters didn't get that much of a story in comparison to others, despite being the main leads. However I'd still recommend it, to me it was worth to watch. Finally after a while some story that felt compellig to me and managed to pull me in, tho I understand it's not everyone's genre.
