Absolutely .. except that I would have to cut and paste myself into the show; when usually ALL I do is slip into the role as played by the FL and find that the fit is tailor made for me. For Wu Lei as Lin I can cut me up and paste me in BUT it's a pain in the A&& and I don't want to "work" through a drama

Drama has crept along noiseless and smooth as a snail, lulling me into that blissful state of cross-eyed dozing.. The FL is a delicate, tissue thin, sugary-sweet fairy; headache-y sweet, she moves through the show with least amount of air displacement... her lips part to release wispy dandelion seeds instead of words .. her Bambi eyes are always headlight-stricken
(Hey no cussing!! I LOVED Bambi and wept a pond .. and I love bambinos too).

Damaged by flawed, jagged, dented landscapes where Stories and Characters settle in uneven layers of grey, of charcoal black and snow white too. The Dwarves are ugly and Apples have poison. The sand, the pebbles, the grit and stones did their carving too.
Then there is AaSoL : galloping away with riches from a broad daylight robbery right in front of me .. ALL the CHARM, the SEXY, the FOXY, the oomph of ALL Cdramas was stolen?? That's what left so many of those other Romances looking dry and lip-pinched; soul-less, and hungry hollowed; bereft of chemistry, physics, biology too?? They left us lost and wandering some Stygian maze looking for "kisses .. glances .. hugs .. caresses" YEAH AaSoL .. "open sesame" you hid them here in your magic cave, you robbed 'em all for your own ends; this wicked cornucopia of FEELZ and FLUTTERS!!

Oh Drama be generous! And dribble some of the luscious fat, plop some pudding and melt some marshmallows onto the aridity that rules the rest of Romantic Dramaverse, in general ..
In turn .. HEAR HEAR .. you can barter your bounty : ~ for a truckload of Tension (comfort be damned, tighten the wires for cutting); ~ load a large tank of wit and humour (smiles are great but guffaws make a cheery noise); ~ a few sacks of soot and one of chalk (to mix shades of grey, those rainbows will rise higher and shine brighter); ~ a pot of bitters (to refresh the mood, awaken the tear ducts, theaftertaste will be sweeter than sweet).

BOTH the storyline if 1st and 2nd leads were gripping.
