Did anyone else think Song Yan was treated too ruthlessly? How can a mini micro ant inspire such an over the top reaction; a canon being fired at him by a man at the peak of achievement- kind of petty, not expected …. But maybe it’s to show some parallel between QiMin ruthless and Marquis?

Is he like totally riveting - what were the casting crew and scriptwriters thinking when they created this pitiable gobble-chomp gorgeous silver haired monster whose swoon worthy and I can’t get enough of him on screen. Is he going to be killed by his amour and obsessive love object?

There was NO RESPECT, for an intellectual build up and seduction into the drama and then be treated like idiots and served up lollipops to suck on after smelling filet mignon cooking 🤢 🤬 😡

Why do ALL Qmin scenes begin with him doing a 'cough cough' almost looks it's his cue / a bit theatrical and jarring when it happens EACH and every time he enters the scene

Is DOUBLE FANTASY the Japanese Drama? I just looked up on MDL?
After Reading the brief I am not sure I'd go for it (Palm on Face) .. sounds like a NETFLIX Western Drama ;-p (gratuitous affair and sexual relations (??) as theme is what it sounds like - not my cuppa LOL).
After an entire lifetime of watching Netflix-type, Western Serials, I moved away; and since 2020 - Covid years - after I discovered K and C Dramas I spent the first 3 years only watching K, and only about last 3 years been mostly watching C; with an occasional K that grips me .. very few and far between though.
Not watched J (except one that felt bland and lacked the flavour of K and C), a few Taiwanese that were REALLY well made production-wise and thought provoking.

There is another very interesting drama that I have left on the shelf for future dry season of drama called “Be Your Own Light”
I really got hooked to it in 3 eps then put on hold.
Sometimes I do that.
Actually I began to get irked by it after drama became a dud, it was like they made a bigger joke out of the audience

Loved the generational story .. the full poetic arc from childhood to end of life …
It was heavy but it was so full of light too ..

I totally am on board with you for the Dr Romantic 3 seasons 10/10 for me and I second watched all of them.
The last one I remember thoroughly enjoying AND bawling my eyes out for was “When Life Gives you Tangerines” ~ that was drama epic!!

I LOVED Hospital Playlist and watched Dr Romantic all three seasons twice!!!
Love well made medical dramas : and these were the gems in that genre.
