And the way they rumored OOL for August and then pushed another romance drama down everyone’s throat? Tencent is a just as guilty as HunanTV. If they wanted (or maybe if OOL investors paid them more than the other drama whose producer is now under investigation on for bribery), they would have aired it a long time ago

Lol chill. Everyone dies in the end. I just know that the story in Mirror Twin Cities takes place well long after the story of Shi Ying and Zhu Yan, it’s about their descendants. So I assume they both are supposed to be dead by then. If it was a spoiler of any kind, it wouldn’t have made it in the drama. No one knows anything about the ending of The Longest Promise yet. So how come knowing that people who lived decades or centuries before the characters in MTC had probably died is a spoiler? 🤦🏼‍♀️

The teaser was released one month into the shooting, no one even expected them to actually post it lol No need to badmouth a drama you haven’t watched. They will have had one year of post production since after the teaser aired until the actual premiere, I am sure the cgi will be fine

No one told fans not to vote this year. And technically, that was “nominating” , not voting. Weibo found a way around the new rules that forbid voting and celebrity charts

After the votes are done, there’s another “jury” round. So Weibo King and Queen will be chosen based on some vague criteria only known to said jury. Interestingly, this is also the only category with tigers weird rules, the rest were deceived by votes. Yes, they end up together. It is unclear who liked who first since the producers decided to cut the key scenes where the characters were supposed to confess to each other. But judging by the way GYY behaves around her, I think he l started to develop feelings first

No, unfortunately. GYY’s scenes that don’t involve GL have mostly been cut.

I also think they are frenemies rather than friends. GYY and GL have been through a lot together and have grown to respect each other’s strengths. It’s a combination of time, shared experiences and respect that has turned them into “friends”

No, she is ok. The whole arc with her sickness or whatever was cut, her character is safe and sound in the finale
