How does this rank on the trauma scale compared to My Journey to You and Till the End of the Moon? lmao It's not on my list yet, but I'm considering it
Ikr ! Open endings suck .. I mean they could've just wrapped the entire thing after battle between gongs and the…
Yeahhh, The Best Thing is on my list too! Very curious to see how he is in modern dramas
I mean, I'm sure Esther's agency has more say in her roles, but I really hope she gets another badass lead part soon, if only just to demonstrate to more viewers that she CAN do it! I kinda like her bratty characters though lol Miao Miao was more schemey than babyish like Orchid, at least
It's so funny, this was my first ZLH drama so I was actually very surprised when I saw him in his roles in LBFAD and Story of Kunning Palace. The more serious, intense roles definitely suit him, but I did enjoy him in this. I just didn't fully appreciate him here, haha.
This was ALSO my first Esther drama. I actually really like her goofier roles too, I know a lot of people are turned off by her babyish way of talking in LBFAD. But yeah, she was a badass in this. :D
LOL The lighting crisis. That's fair.
The open end also bugged me. I just treated the last 5-10 mins as if they didn't happen and the drama really ended when everything was still hunky dory π€£
LMAO It's definitely dark comedy at times. I also appreciate how they handle it later in the show. Like, SCC is notttt trying to traumatize him, she honestly thinks the best solution is just to kill off the personality if TQ gets too close π I mean, I get her reasoning, but yes, I really felt sorry for him at times lol
If there's anyone who would be interested in a potential watch party for this, please let me know. I'm 4+ eps into all the other dramas I'm watching and have been wanting to do a watch party but just haven't made it happen yet.
At what episode it will get romantic? I'm only at ep 3 and I can't imagine how this story will progress at all
It does happen, but it's a slow burn. It's really worth it to see imo though! I'm on ep 23 now, and I think around ep 16 is where you first start to see the possibility... and it unravels steadily. :D
thanks for the warning! I think I still have one or two tissues left after Till the End of the Moon lol π
LOL thank you for the concern π
I watched Story of Kunning Palace in between π€£π And with Moonlight Mystique, I alternate with watching eps of Filter because that show is funnyyyy
