The first two episodes were phenomenal. The OST and cinematography paired well together, made me feel cozy.
The ML and FL go well together and their chemistry is really beautiful to watch. The scenes of them together make me feel like I’m watching a couple in love it’s amazing to witness.
Find the relationship between ML and FL dad nice seems like he’d be a good son in law. Even tried to set the leads up to have alone time together. Didn’t go well but the intention was nice.
The misunderstanding is annoying but at the same time it’s fine as it build drama for the viewers although I can’t stress how annoying it is when side characters spew shit and they don’t even know the truth.
ML - “I have plans”
Side character says to FL - “he has a date tonight”.
How does that equal a date and why tell someone he has a date if you aren’t sure it’s a date.
Saw a few people saying SLS (second lead syndrome) I have only ever had SLS once and it was because he was genuinely a green forest (can’t remember the name of the drama).
But in this drama I will not have SLS the SML is annoying so far. Hasn’t done anything annoying just his demeanour and mannerisms for me. It’s clear that the FL has always loved the ML on some level considering the way she looks at him and vice versa. And we all know how much the ML loves the FL that man is smitten.
Doubt anything will happen between the two not even a kiss for the SML as so far I think the leafs are so deep in love it’ll make no sense for that to happen. It’ll be while until they’re dating it talking openly but it’ll be worth it.
Other characters have been saying that the FL sleeps around and has sex with anyone with a pulse (not their actual words but to make it easier to get my point across) and sleeps with old men annoys me as although she’s an outgoing woman she doesn’t seem like the type to sleep with just anyone. She took the ML virginity which was sweet and slightly fast for the viewers (meaning shouldn’t have been shown in episode 1).
The people reviewing this drama and saying episode 3 is a 5.5/10 why? Episode 3 isn’t even available yet why rate something you can’t even watch? And the reviews saying that this show is a flop? How is it? You haven’t only watched two hours of the show and there’s over ten hours left. Just SHU UP (Opinions are all personal but saying that’s drama is a flop or an unrelated episode is bad makes no sense)

Love triangles like this are ok as we all know the FL doesn’t like him. That’s clear to everyone but the SML.

I mean the way they stare at one another makes me feel like I’m watching two people in love. The chemistry is top tier, in two episode they have shown us all their emotions.

It was awful not the acting as much but the plot and writing was so bad
Like the ml saves his brother from a flying tennis racket by diving in front of it needlessly as the racket wasn’t moving that fast and wasn’t going to kill him. Things like that annoyed me as well as other characters and dumb plot twists.

Really good drama. Was skeptical due the ML drama before this being absolutely dog shit (not him the drama it's self). But was very happy with the chemistry and acting. That being said I'm certain Kim Se Jeong could have chemistry with almost anyone.
The Leads were fantastic and cute together. No annoying third party or love triangle. The character Kang Beom confesses to the FL but was an adult and removed himself like a man and a well written character.
The leads jealously scenes were also funny and cute. Especially the episode 12 forearm scenes.
But I have the way THE SECOND COUPLE STOLE THE SHOW. Amazing character, actors and writing for their love story.
Loved their interactions and love.
Bang A Reum a rich and smart woman and O Chan Hwi a confident and off young man who loves toast. Literally couldn't be written any better especially the sad parts in life.
Bang A Reum having everything other than loving parents. Who ignore and spend time with friends other than her on special occasions and ignore her feelings and life goals.
O Chan Hwi being a former Korean Special Forces Officers and dealing with killing terrorists at such a young age with no support and having PTSD on top of that. Sad that he had alienate him self so that his family could be happy although in episode 12 his home and room stayed that same as they have all been waiting for him.
O Chan Hwi and Bang A Reum a match made in heaven.
12 episodes was more than enough. Usually find myself saying that I needed 14-16 but 12 was the right amount. It it was longer now sure what they could have done to hill those 2-4 extra episodes.
Liked the show but I found the whole male lead having an x-men super power and he can sense peoples heartbeats…
I found it was easies to watch for me as I didn't know it was a superpower until I read your comment. Just assumed he was good with emotions and body language. Either way i realise it's dumb. Still doesn't affect my rating for the drama.

Ignore them. This is a good slow and melo romantic drama

Especially the FL brother and father and the ML mother being a control freak. Although she didn repent and finally shut up.
