Wanted to give a shout out to actor do sang woo. Wasnt entirely sure why his character was written into the show at first and he didnt really have a chance to show his acting chops until he got soulshifted by Jin Mu, but man wow his acting as a jin mu was awesome.

i think its pretty much confirmed. Seems TVN accidently released a scene from ep 9 on the BTS for 7-8 on youtube and the prince shows up with the turtle in the prison realm right after Jang Uk see's Naksu's blue eyes

at least the preview scenes with the bells and jin mu are from part 1 episode 20. people on twitter are speculating naksu/bu yeon is having a flashblack and remembered what happened and thats why she looks pretty pissed at the very end of the preview with the priests

at the very end of preview for ep 8 wonder if it is naksu's personality or bu yeons marching with the jinyuwon priestess

I think in Yul's mind he thought the "right" thing to do was to end naksu before she regained her memories again. Since he isnt aware Mu-Deok ran wild because of Jin Mu in P1 he thinks the same thing will happen again. That said I think even if they hadn't been interrupted by So-I being captured, he was still too much of a softie to actually kill Naksu, which is why in his dreams half the time naksu kills him. Even in his conversation with Bu Yeon/Naksu right before he ran to help So-I he was already wavering (Did you get to say good bye to Jang Uk etc)

I think she was but she was super bitter about it....since that means zero chance for her.

I get the feeling Naksu with Jin Bu Yeons powers is that one that can remove the parasite from Yul's core energy Someone else mentioned a scene in the trailers where Yul is fighting and wearing clothing we havent seen yet so doesnt seem like he will actually die due to this. I'm kind of surprised So-I died, Yul had blocked the energy attack so she had only gotten flung into a pile of wood furniture but I guess she had too many injuries from before.

I think Seo Yul upbringing was to always respect and follow the established rules. We saw that in part 1 when they were discussing with park jin and jang uk about trying to save soul shifters from running wild and again around the rice cake filling in part 2. In his mind and the fact he doesnt know mu-deok was manipulated by the shaman's bells, mu-deok/naksu ran wild eventually as all soul shifters do and because he kept it mu-deok being a shifter secret is what led to all the events at the end of part 1. It was also really the only time he "broke the rules"

In his mind the same thing will happen again which is why he was wanting to kill naksu/jin buyeon. However given his character and the "foolish friend" bond he also developed in part 2 i dont think he would have carried through with it even if they had made it to danhyanggok. His relationship with So-I kind of shows just how big of a softie he is and the fact in he mentions having many dreams where he imagines killing naksu half the time and being killed the other half seems to show he didnt have firm resolve to actually do it.

Going to guess if it actually made it to that scene Yul was imagining he would have been too much of a softie to actually stab her. The fact he keeps having that same dream over and over again shows he wasn't very firm in his resolve to carry through with it.

The sword the fake nasku used to throw at Bu Yeon was a straight blade. The one she had with her when she got killed by Jang Uk was actually a curved blade. Not clear if that was because they may have been from different takes and got combined. My guess is they wanted the fake naksu to have a blade while running so she didnt seem defenseless.

thats the impression I got as well. I hope when episode 5 starts it will show a view from Jang Uk's angle and him seeing some blue in her eyes since they are so close :)

Yeah I kind of get the feeling Master Lee didnt tell mama Jin the whole story in those flashback scenes when reviving naksu/bu yeon seeing how in the preview for ep 5 he said he selected removed memories

Yeah only 1 from what I can remember from part 1.

From what I recall from part 1 a rain dance was done by Jin Seol Ran to get the original ice stone from the sky. I guess technically there isn't anything saying the ice stone is an 1 of 1 item so seems Jin Mu believes he can get another one

I feel like the bloodworm is something master lee or heo yeom can remove/heal. My guess is Yul will have a close encounter with death but still survive once one of those 2 find out.
