Ditto. I’m watching it for Bai Lu & Yu Yunxi. Honestly, when I found out about the project, I wished they picked…
LOL the amount the producers/writers make the actors spit out blood in Xianxia's is hilarious. I think CXX must have spit out blood in TSL about 6 up to 10 times. LLD did it once. And yesTTEOTM looks really angsty just like TBW was sigh. Back from the Brink also looks angsty. I think we wont be getting another lighthearted Xianxia like TSL for a while.
1) More of YT’s upbringing was revealed. We’re you shocked by any of the revelations?2) Wudai, Dinyung, Chaofeng-…
exactly nothing takes away what a bad father he was for most of her life. He was the one who failed to protect her not Youqin. (I hated how YQ kept saying that btw)
1. QK made the decision for the sisters to stay where they were. Thoughts on her decision?2. How are tot feeling…
Qingkui fell in love with CF fast. IA that she wanted to stay for him and she was happy in the Void. In the end she made the right decision for both her and YT. LOL Feichi was hilarious in those episodes. I love the scene where YQ asks him to list all of YT's crimes and Yetan calls Youqin rude, LMAO Feichi's reaction hahaha.
That's the thing most Xianxia's have that sad, open leaning on happy ending now a days or that rushed ending.…
I was ok with the ending because it wasn't rushed like LBFAD, SoTM and TBW. TBW can be seen as open too because to me it wasn't clear if that was real: Yunhue had really returned, or was it just Chang Yi waiting for her still and imagining it. Sure, it's a happy ending but confusing LOL. With TSL its disappointing that we don't see YT & QK but it's heavily implied that they will be back soon. Did I want more? yes! But I was happy in the end. Agreed that hopefully Youku learned something after the backlash to TSL's ending.

Hopefully but I think the director from TSL also had closed endings before with Ashes of Love, The Blue Whisper(rushed tho) and Skate into Love. The Starry Love was different. Not saying that will be the case here but im gonna be cautious. Hoping for the best and a closed either HE or SE.
Rewatching the end and first time I noticed that little noise Yetan's flower spirit makes after it lands on Youqin's hand. It's like: "Yes, its me." awwwwww.
Gosh, I love how Youku is having a strategy this time and not airdropping stuff..This shows they have full faith…
TBH the trailer reminded me of The Blue Whisper and man did that drama break my heart a thousand times. I'm in the mood for angst after TSL so I'm ready for this one.
I’m glad we have LIS to visit from time to time as we experience all the tear jerking moments that are soon…

He could have handled everything better or at least let Yetan know he loved her. Explain everything to her she was smart enough to hide things if she needed to esp when she reached 18.. Instead he treated her like trash and made her believe he didn't love her. Yes, it made her stronger but look at how empty she still felt. It's not until YQ's love healed her that she saw everything clearly.
I'm gonna watch Til the End of the Moon starting Thursday to see if it helps me with the slump TSL left me with. Still can't watch anything else. And I doubt that it will 100%. But I've been waiting for that one for a long time. One thing tho, I'm definitely gonna be comparing the ML to Youqin. Especially since TTEOTM gives me major angst/unhealthy relationship vibes, reminds me of The Blue Whisper. I doubt any character will be able to compare to YQ in my heart but I'm willing to give others a try. Youku was smart to wait a month after TSL ended to air this one.

Yes I was completely surprised that her father would basically let her starve because he seemingly hated her that much. Yetan was a child for the most part how could he let everyone treat her that way? Spare me the "I was weak." bs. He could have still put his servants in check. From the brothers I was definitely liking Wudai the most. I was pretty much upset at Chaofeng and Wudai was a hidden gem. This ep also has one of my favorite scenes: "Liguang Qingkui, you are definitely something." sigh the look on Youqin's face when he says this <3. First sign that he's falling in love with her.

In a way Qingkui was right in her decision because it kept them safe and of course led the two sisters to fall in love with their husbands 😂. But at the same time I didn’t like how she made the decision for Yetan. After CF tried to kill both sisters at Waijing City I wasn’t liking him much. I know he saved QK in the last moment but it took me awhile to trust him again. I loved all of YT’s antics to try and get the eyes removed. Couldn’t stop laughing.
