Rewatching Heartless sl and while LaMu is my baby I think Mei Youqing's story with Yetan is the one that most resembles Youqin and Yetan's later. They have the bickering down. I guess that's another reason why I heart him so much. He is the most like YQ when it comes to playfulness and cunningness.

I looked up Xiwei and she's actually in Wrong Carriage, Right Groom haha. Which is basically the original of this one without the fantasy I believe. Maybe that person got the roles confused and just wanted to start shat.

Yaaassss! I'm so happy for them all they deserve this. I hope it eventually comes onto Netflix to get even more recognition. Who Rules the World got an 8.7 on MDL but I don't know it's rating on Douban and it made it onto NF. Surpisingly Love Like Galaxy didn't. Love Between Fairy and Devil is also on Netflix so maybe NF will pick it up since it's so successful. Crosses fingers.

I remember thinking the picking up of the brides scene and what happens during,was very impressive. I was completely immersed in the story at that point. The bridge scene still remains as one of my favorite scenes of the whole series. I wanted to see how YQ and YT were going to fall in love as they highly disliked eachother then(or did they? 😉) And of course I wanted to see what would happen when the girls were not where they were meant to be haha. And I already loved all characters, so Yep hooked line and sinker.

Yetan-loved her from hello 😂.
Youqin- He’s cute but seems so tortured.
Qingkui-normal character for these type of series but she’s nice.
Chaofeng-interesting character and cunning too.
Man Man- I think I’m gonna like her.
Emperor Tun- what a pos father- hate him.
Heavenly Emperor- wow he seems like a bad father-little did I know.
Wudai- umm he seems dumb.
I liked the start of the series mostly because I liked Yetan the minute I saw her. I have trouble with CDrama FL’s because so many are so annoying. To many she wasn’t. I stuck by TSL and I’m so glad I did. Have to say I loved what I saw those first scenes with Youqin and Yetan too.

He is really smart about choosing his roles. ❤️👌

I think SYQ broke eschemes no matter how you look at it. He may not be as popular as Dongfang(yet) but I’ve seen that for many he’s set high standards for following ML’s. And yes maybe had another actor played Youqin it wouldn’t have happened. Xingxu added so many layers to him that he made him real. He was never boring despite being a good guy and that’s all thanks to CXX. Lots already love Shaodian Youqin may more come to love him too.

Liang Jie and Xing Zho Liang have 4 dramas together I don’t think they’ll do anymore together 😭.

Omg that they’re already looking at scripts to see if they can find something they like abd pair up again. I love them. Oh and Bai Lu & Leo Lou have an upcoming drama together! Till the end of the moon. I’m excited! Rumored to start next week

That would have worked so much better. At least people wouldn’t be lost. It’s a shame because the cast is good but they can only do so much.

And he still hasn’t done anything else with PX. Ha that makes it harder then. Still crossing fingers for Chen Xingxu and Li Landy to work together again
