I think the Heavenly Realm wil be less strict and more lenient. Get rid of those absurd rules and demands the HE put in place. I see Qingheng being a more lenient and fun ruler. The Void was pretty much less authoritative than Heavenly Realm so with Wudai as ruler I expect it to remain that way without the blood drinking of course. But honestly I don’t expect either YQ/YT or CF/QK to live in their respective realms even after they comeback. If anything they’ll just go back for visits and live in the Beast Realm or Donqjiu
