Oh this sounds so good! Can't wait! Almost done with ep 15 so hopefully I'm able to catch up today before ep 18 drops.

Just finished ep 14. Love how WS defended QM in front of his family. Deep down he’s learning how to trust her more.

8.9 it deserves it! After Destined and Blossom I was in the mood for a good historical, arranged marriage, romance, political intrigue drama and this is it. It's soooo good (like the other two.) I'm loving it.

Same, I'm rewatching Destined rn alongside this one XD.

This drama reminds me of two of my favorite dramas Destined and Blossom. I guess that’s why I’m enjoying it so much.

Just finished I cried so much in those last episodes. Even though I had prepared myself for what was coming it still heart like hell. I just hope their son's story hurts less but I'm not sure on that, sigh.

I'm not 100% sure but aside from those complaints I heard that there were issues with the story on RMP too. So, when the producers in LiP saw that they did some reshoots. Like I said, I haven't seen it yet (but I might to understand this series better). I did see all that hate to YM which was not fair at all, toxic fans are the worst.

I'm getting familiar with how all 3 series are connected. So, Sword and Beloved is the story of their son I see. While Red Moon Pact is the story of their nephew, Qui Lan's son. I wonder if they released RMP first because it had bigger actors when in theory it should have gone second since it's the second in the series. They made a huge mistake in releasing that one first since the start of the story is here. Maybe another reason why Red Moon failed was because people couldn't connect with Dongfang Yuechu aside from the story being horrible apparently (I haven't seen it). I think seeing his mother's story first would have helped a lot. Oh well big mistake the producers made. But hey maybe it was a blessing in disguise since that one failed, they were able to go back, fix mistakes made in this one.

sigh. and I just saw that this one aired almost a year after Red Moon Pact so yeah we may have to wait til next year. Seeing how many series with 2 seasons or connected usually are aired a year later. Just have to wait and see I guess.

I know the Black Fox is evil but by eliminating Jia Lan out of greed(of course) they created a monster. I felt a little bad for JL when she was killed. The bethroal letter scene at the end of episode 28 was cute and funny.

I'm guessing sometime in Dec. IQYI still has so many dramas slated to be aired this year. If we're lucky we'll get it this year. If not, then early next year.

yeah. I saw it on twitter. That's what happens when people throw unnecessary hate early. Things like this happen. At least we get to see them here and who knows maybe someday in the future.

Yuan and Zheng are my favorite couple. I'm not ready if something bad is coming for them which I suspect, judging how tragic this show is. I'm going to cry, I know it.
Ding Yuxi and Meng Zuyi have a good chemistry it's too bad that when the rumor/news was issued that they were cast alongside each other in a drama some fans went crazy sending so much hate to everyone that either he had to be recast, or they just didn't cast him after all. So sad some toxic fans didn't even give them a chance and seeing them here they would have been great in their own drama, oh well. And yes, this happened before Love in Pavillion aired.

From what I saw on twiter. Ding Yuxi and Meng Ziyi were rumored to start in a drama as protagonists. But some netizens reacted badly to that rumor, and he was changed to Li Yunrui again. Sad that some fans didn't even give them a chance before they blasted the production team. Look at them now they would have been amazing in their own drama oh well.

I thought it was too early after MGB but who knows they may be able to finish editing in a month. It is looking more plausible that Whale Store will take the Friday Slot once STGD ends but who knows. Hmm does that mean My Magic Prophecy will take the Sunday slot? hmm...

I was sorta shocked that a hetero show got the Sat slot. Most of Saturdays have been filled with BL/GL since last year. I guess GMMTV wanted to switch it up and make weds/thurs a bl day now so that opens up sat for other shows. I think WS will probably get the Friday Slot after STGD is over. They finished before Memoir of Rati so that gives them more time to get everything edited in time. But I guess we will see. As for MoR I have no idea. I thought it would go after STGD but who knows anymore, it may go after Boys in Love or My Golden Blood.
