LL doesn't mind kisses but sometimes she does fish kiss (did it in TSL, sigh) but it also depends on the director and how comfortable she is, I guess. ARP is definitely the male version of BL that's why they clicked so well and are still close.

Haha they are so cute. Love how ARP gets along with everyone. Hmm not feeling the chemistry that much in the bts but we will see once it airs esp since I love LL. If you do end up watching LOTDT and like it we'll have another drama in common.

we feel the same :). BL is a chemistry magnet but ARP and her: whoa on a completely different plane. She looks ok with JZ tbh and I think that's how it will be. Not toping my favorite pairing of hers.

I'm excited for Love of the Divine Tree. I have a feeling I'm going to like it, like I did with MM. DW can go both ways, I really liked him in Lost You Forever but his other dramas, he's kind of been forgettable to me. I saw clips of his acting in the trailers for LOTDT and he looks good in it. I think he'll be fine. No wonder it's the same costume director, one of Dei Wei's costumes looks a lot like one of the ones Ao Rui Peng wore in MM. AS for Coroner's Diary, it will be good to see it soon. It's rumored for summer just like FEUD haha. We will see which one will be aired first. Since I don't think they'll compete because both are iQIYI, I believe.

this. that's why I say I really can't see them having this kind of chemistry with anyone else. I'm not saying that they won't have chem with others. because I think both have proven that they are excellent actors and can have chemistry with anyone but once you meet your chemistry pinnacle which imo ARP and BL are it's hard to have that again.

I think both BL and ARP are good at creating chemistry with their partners (LL is also good at this) but what BL and ARP had is special, it's really going to be hard to top that. Time will tell.

I saw the trailer for FEUD and I'm sorry I don't feel as much chemistry to surpass hers with ARP, but we'll see. As for ARP he has some spark with LL but not like with BL.

He was very powerful. He always made CZ look like a clown when he beat him up with his magic. Zhen Yu was also very scared of him, until he found out about the seven stars seal. The only thing is that the writers didn't give him the opportunity to show his powers that much.

They must have really liked each other(and still do) to be so comfortable for kiss scenes. I know it's a different culture so it's hard for them to be more open like in other cultures. I like BL's chemistry with LYX too and with her other costars, but ARP is definitely her best partner so far. Joseph Zheng looks like he'll have chemistry with her too but I dunno I doubt he'll top her chem with Ao Rui Peng.

yeah some prefer to do the comfortable fish kiss scenes better. They have a lot of chemistry and prefer the pecks instead. BL and ARP set another big standard for other cps to follow, just like MM did. Will others top it? who knows but for now I'm so happy and grateful that ARP and BL were comfortable with the deep kissing scenes and other intimate scenes.

MM had some of the most satisfying kiss scenes. Some of the best in all Cdrama. Bai Lu and Ao Rui Peng were not afraid to go all out on them. Neither were they afraid of the intimate scenes either. I think that's why they ended up being immensely loved and popular as a cp. In my watching experience I've only seen Liang Jie and Xing Zhao Lin from The Eternal Love series, and You Are My Destiny share that before. Others have chemistry but not to this level imo.
