I've seen people worried about Xing Yue's love for Jing Yuan and what led her to do what she does in the opening. I'll put my thoughts in spoiler tags below.

Another big plus for MM is that there won't be a breakup. They're going to be separated because of circumstances out of their control. Not because of some dumb, cliche breakup or misunderstanding.

Tonight’s eps are going to hurt like hell. Just the end of the preview for ep 32 broke my. BL is going to destroy us. Every episode makes me love BS and FY so much more. They are really putting the stakes high for future couples. Not just the skinship but the way they trust each other too. That maiden could not fool either of them. Fan Yue saw thru her bs because 1) he knows Bai Shou so well. 2) the maiden is dumb and doesn’t know how to act like Bai Shou. Shou didn’t fall for the maidens claims that Yue was already intimate with her(sleeping in the bed with her because he wanted to.) she knows him better than that. Their love is so strong. How do I let them go? 😭😭😭😭😭

I haven’t seen all her dramas but I think this may be the only one or one of the only ones where her character is completely and deeply in love from the beginning. I’ve seen part of TTEOM and even though she does love TTJ she spends most of the drama betraying him and attached to the 2nd ml. In SoKP she thinks she’s in love with the 2nd ml for most of the series. So I’m glad MM was different in that area.

Listening to Ao Rui Peng’s voice in interviews and bts I feel like his voice suited Fan Yue perfectly. He has that deep voice needed for the character. I wonder why they dubbed him.

I think the most logical ending for FL is to die. Not just because everything she did while in Cold Spring Palace but because she was meant to die as a child. I just hurt for my Bai Shou. She may die in the last arc. I think the last deaths will be: TH and FL- CZ? maybe.

My heart hurt in that scene.

It's heartbreaking because Bai Shou is about to go thru so much pain. She's going to lose the man she loves. While she gets him back, we don't know if he'll be back to being FY soon. That's probably going to hurt her a lot for a bit. Then I can't see Bai Xi surviving- I actually wonder if she'll die at the end of the greed arc too like FY. Heartbreaking how she'll get her sister back only to lose her. And it wouldn't surprise me if CZ dies too. So much angst.

I understand. I used to feel like that too. I', sure CZ will endup annoying me again during the last arc. As for FL/BX we'll see. But like you say she did so many atrocieties it's hard for her to win here. I feel mostly for BS tho, she's going to end up losing her sister again. That's what hurts the most.

It was somewhat nice seeing FY and CZ be friendly to each other. They no longer love the same woman so they can be cordial to one another.

a miracle has happened I don't want Fu Ling to die anymore. I no longer despise her but at the same time I can't see her have a happy ending. I really want her to but----- I have to commend the writers they know how to redeem villains. Even though I wasn't onboard with her redemption at first, they got me. I haven't forgotten her evilness but if she lives at the end, I'll be ok with that too.
Chong Zhao is another that I don't dislike as much anymore. They just needed to move him away from Bai Shou , give him his own arc and make him less annoying and I'm ok with him. Tho I'm sure if his villain arc starts thru Mo Li I'll be back to hating him haha.
The only ones I hate and probably won't stop disliking is the Eternals.

Love how FY already suspects that something is amiss with BS. Didn’t take him long. He knows her so well. Bai Shou’s confidence in the beginning she knows she has nothing to worry about. My mature, beautiful couple ❤️.
I always suspected that Laning Eternal leader. There was something off about him, now we know what. Eternals really are the worst.
