ah I see it's because it all depends on traffic stars and I don't think any of those dramas has any. China just wants money and has no confidence in the stars. So, they wait. But like you say, it's better to air them and see how it goes.

it's all down to censorship. It feels unfair for all the work productions have to do just to sometimes be shelved for years. Because, censors won't pass the dramas at first.
