If you mean your fav ML is Xiao Zhan, yes, he's still alive and travels the world. But the other ML perishes T_T.
Living 6 months alone by himself in misery is not better than to die straight away. I think he follows her almost immediately when he gets back to wolf mountain. At least the thought of both of them changing into butterflies chasing each other is a lot better than thinking that he is suffering in agonizing pain for the next 6 months.

Right, JC was a mercenary then, and he worked for money regardless where it came from. That's one thing I was suspicious of the character initially and indeed he did play a role in prolonging the damage instead of letting Bo Wang catching him (the second prince) red handed. Had he not interfered, maybe his beloved MZX wouldn't have died. Karma T_T

Wishful thinking indeed T_T. According to Yao Ji, he has less than 6 months to live because the poison in his body cannot be suppressed anymore (that's why MZX chooses to die too). And from the 4th Prince's narrative, ".... like the wolves that mate for life, 3rd brother follows his love... " meaning he dies. T_T So beautiful and so sad.

I believe so (she being 10 years old) because there is a reference to her age in a later episode. There are the details Chinese dramas always don't take care of, and hence making it hard to believe the story fully.

Yeah, I miss the wolves too. It seems when he becomes human, he abandons all his wolves. He even loses his wolf's instinct like how he's supposed to pounce when he wants to protect. He becomes weak towards the end.

Agree. I would rather he's more somber when he becomes human, instead of that look that I-don't-know-what-it-means. There are times, I can see his agony, but times, his look doesn't synch with the situations.
