Boy! I'm so behind on this drama because of, at first, The Heiress, and now, Go Ahead. Both are incredible dramas.

I also think HC has feelings for XJ. Remember the flower XJ thinks she has cultivated? It's HC's piece of the mask remnant. That's why it wouldn't work on SF because it's not XJ's; it's HC's.

IKR! I watched The Heiress for the same reason. Now, I'm so behind with my other dramas because I have been watching The Heiress. It's so good!

... please don't. It may appear to be a love triangle initially but I feel it's not. The other sibling's love is just platonic. Also Jianjian has been treating him just like a brother from the very beginning until the latest episode -- blaming him for everything (just like normal siblings). However, she treats Ling Xiao very differently even from the beginning - she offers him everything she enjoys. Even when she buys birthday gift for Zi Qiu, she would also get one for Ling Xiao. So we can see, deep inside, she feels differently for both.

As for Zi Qiu's feelings for Jianjian, I believe he just wants to protect her from getting hurt or abandoned like his mother was. Ling Xiao obviously has loved Jianjian from the very beginning as a child when he extended his hand to her.
