Don't worry about the tears. Many of us cry in almost every episode XD. The writers are really good in catching our tears.

Yes, it looks like there'll be three pairs: Jianjian/Ling Xiao, Ziqiu/Mingyue and Tang Can/gorilla (forgot his name). It's going to be fun - six youngsters living in proximity to each other. There'd be a lot of spying, stalking and fun stuff. Can't wait!

Tang Can's acting career fell through. So now she's only doing some odd jobs here and there, hardly making ends meet and Jianjian has been subsidizing her. Occasionally she gets calls to pretend (act) as anything. The example here shown that she was commissioned to act as a child's mother for the school. Some schools, especially those very hard-to-get-in type scrutinize the background of the children. If a parent is divorced or something, they would not admit the child. So Tang Can fills in as the parent of that kid to cheat the school.

It's ok, at least this is better than what we fear earlier - Zi Qiu likes Jianjian who likes Ling Xiao who likes Jianjian. As long as the trio is intact, I'm ok with everything else :)

It's always been there subtly. As of Episode 19, it's slowly building up.

It is in the Chinese culture to address people they meet as kindred, eg. for men of their fathers' age, uncles; for women of their mothers' age, aunties; and for people of their own age, brothers or sisters. In this case, the brother/sister relationship is deeper than the casual usage of the terms. At the same time, there's nothing preventing them to have romantic/marital relationship; it's all up to the individuals how they feel about each other, and should not be considered as incestuous.

Episode 19. The trio is back. Now she looks more like a big sister than a little sister.

I don't think there'd be a love triangle with the 3 'siblings'. There could be triangles with best friend and admirers, though these are likely one-sided.

So true. Indeed Song Weilong has a very good looking face, and he has a big fan base (mostly moms :D).

I hope she doesn't come back to mess up Li Ba's life. I like it as it is, his bromance relationship with Ling Ba, and the kids have 2 fathers.

His mother doesn't discover she's pregnant until after she gets divorced. So when he's born, his father is still a good-for-nothing and doesn't want to take responsibility. His maternal grandmother gets custody of the child when his birth mother leaves. I'm so glad his grandmother doesn't abandon him to his birth father. We can relate this so well and can empathize with Ziqiu because cases like this happen all over the world in every second.

That's why he gets that role; it doesn't require too much talking nor too many expressions because Ling Xiao is a rather quiet and composed person, he just stares.

They're lucky to binge watch, but miss out the fun to discuss and speculate with us because at some point, we need to talk about it to erase our worries (like we think there's a love triangle etc) :)

I've never seen an actor jumps onto another actor and hugs him like a koala bear. This can only happen with Seven Tan :D
