I'm watching some silly and funny stuff (which I really need given the crazy toxic environment in the US) like er, Sleepless Princess (you dropped it, I notice), Love and Redemption, Dance of the Phoenix, The Heiress. They are very funny and enjoyable, addictive too :D

Even until today, many parents still feel that sending girls for higher education is a waste of money and time because eventually they would become mothers/housewives and stay home. I was hoping that this drama would carry a message that attempts to challenge this view. I'm so disappointed that Wen Xi becomes exactly what most parents expect - a wife happily following her husband with no contribution on her own to the greater good for a more just society and equality for all.
