The ending shows Zuo Qing Ci is miraculously cured, presumably Su Yun Luo has found a cure for him as she promises. Many viewers are dumbfounded by this but nonetheless, this is what the ending implies, with the little girl who looks exactly like Su Yun Luo running around with her candy, complaining to Bai Mo that her parents are fighting over trivial matters. The little boy is of course a Zuo Qing Ci look-alike. Projecting into the future, the 2 kids would fall in love, and there, continues another new generation of adventure.
