Totally agree, I love that his father only had a slight reservation, and it's concern over whether she feels empowered…
In many office relationships, the subordinates are coerced into the relationship. ML's father doesn't want this to happen. He wants the FL truly likes his son, and not because his son is her boss. This is very rare for Chinese drama parents. They usually demand the same family background and status for their children to be considered as good matches.
XD XD XD. I watch because I miss Hu Ge, but this is half-documentary, half propaganda. Really don't know what…
In C, I guess these are the roles aging actors can hope to get if they don't want to be cast as dads and moms. So sad! I so liked Hu Ge in Nirvana In Fire.
I love the friendship between Ye shi lan and her best friend. need a friendship like them
Yes, Yao Jiajia is intelligent and analytical, and gives sound advices. Most dramas I've watched, the best friends always give silly and crazy ideas :D
Rarely I see such Chinese parents as in ML's parents, so open-minded and not forcing their son to date only someone they approve of. It's also rare to see a ML who is so close to his parents that he tells them everything about his own love life. Simply, sweet!
I would call that being patient and enduring. In life, unless one works from home, one would always find shit like these thrown at you, especially in the office.
Worse series by Daylight Entertainment production. Sometime i feel like watching documentary, even documentary…
XD XD XD. I watch because I miss Hu Ge, but this is half-documentary, half propaganda. Really don't know what to make out of it. Want to drop this but still hoping to see more of the real China.
Like the Fl however can’t watch hospital settings 😭
I don't like hospital setting too, but this drama has very few hospital scenes, or rather light hospital scenes. The focus is more on the pull-and-push romance which is very subtle and humorous. The male lead is the main attraction for me :D
It's not my type of drama. It's such a slow burn. I'm on episode 14 and feel like I've wasted a bit of time on…
I'm usually not a very patient person with intentionally made misunderstandings and wasteful moments. However, I find this drama is not like that; it's the little moments that are precious and very humorous. The dialogues are so funny that you'd have to think twice to get the meaning.
does anyone have recommendations for dramas with male leads like him?
An easy going ML? Not that many. C-dramas seem to like rude, cold, wealthy and powerful ML. Having said that, I find the ML in Legally Romance very easy going. I like him a lot (BTW, don't mind his hair.) :D
