I'm in the Royal Academy arch. I'm confused why it's called a Royal Academy when there's a courtesan housing it.…
A lot of brothels have beautiful, upstanding names. Perhaps this is for the sake that when men visit these places, they are seen as visiting some classy places instead of trashy whorehouses? Men XD
I was so looking forward to this drama that I subscribed to Croton on YT because the drama is not available on…
I didn't quite like the drama, I kept yawning and dozing off because it's excruciatingly slow. The acting is not convincing and not exciting. But when I watched the anime, it's a totally different experience; it's very fast paced and heart pounding. The story is exciting and the characters are interesting, especially So Mo who is very very dark, bloody and bitter. So I can conclude that, the drama script is poorly written and the directing is half-baked.
I have always wondered the same. I think they go for cgi .
If they are CGIs, I must say they are very very good. The horses look exactly like real ones, especially in wars when they get killed, and crash to the ground. Of course I've seen some bad CGIs when you can tell the animals are fake immediately and easily.
Vampire? XD XD XD. You've put it so well. Indeed. I didn't like him very much when I first watched him in Legend of the Phoenix for precisely these traits - white skin, sly smirk, heavy voice. But now, I'm head over heels for him in The Autumn Ballad. Now his sly smirk becomes so heart melting and his deep voice is magnetic XD XD XD
I don't dare to watch the preview because this would stick on my mind for the whole week until next week, can't take all the angst; I can grow really old XD
In the anime, Yan Xi falls for Na Sheng for her compassionate and selfless quality, whereas in the drama, Na Sheng falls for Yan Xi first and becomes so clingy to the point of being annoying to watch. I love the anime Na Sheng but can't stand the drama Na Sheng. I believe readers have said the anime characters are more faithful to the original story.
