I love Zhu Yawen. He always acts like a dork, but immediately, he becomes lethal. His look and personality fit perfectly for the Liu Qing character. Great acting! Great story that is totally different from your regular boring fluffy rom-com.

Hahaha! You're not alone. Lately there are not many Chinese dramas I want to watch, so I said to myself, "Good, now I can watch less drama", then kaboom, this series airs. Now all my New Year's Resolutions are gone too XD

Thanks for your advice. I tend to give something high rating when I really enjoy it, and I really enjoy this series from the beginning. Maybe I overrated it or maybe it would improve and deserve a 10/10 in the end. We'll see. 🙂

Well, I was thinking, if it's good and I'm really enjoying it, with high rating, it may attract more viewers. If everyone only rates after finishing the whole drama, then the rating would have been low until it finishes airing, no?

I agree with you 100%. That's why I love watching those dramas with no big names. Though actors in these lower rated dramas not as prominent, they are authentic. Therefore, viewers must not judge a book by its cover.
