I’m doubtful this movie version will have the same MLs as TFF. BJT is way too busy with his upcoming projects . Besides, there’s no way anyone else can portray the depths of this love story’s main characters as BJT and ZRN, not to mention, their outstanding chemistry.
I’m keeping an open mind but don’t come at me for having high expectations. Also, I’m weak for SY and YF. How to move on?!
Dropping at Epi11. I made the mistake of picking up ERL as my next Cdrama after TFF and the contrast between the two romance dramas is deafening. The constant backwards steps of the FL and the ML’s non-convincing pursuit (AC acting chops need serious work…sorry not sorry, his eyes can’t even portray that he’s in love) of the FL was insidiously boring. 🥱
Once the main couple did get together, their non-puckered kisses made me want to throw a “How To Kiss” book at their side profiles. 📖 I’m not even sure if these types of books are published in real life but someone lead them to the Self-Help section of the bookstore!
This Cdrama was the sweetest high school love story between the most shy/traumatized girl and an infatuated protective boy. It was a slow burn but that's what FF button is for when everyone outside of the main couple appears on screen. As for BJT, how does his micro-expressions always pull me into all of his characters?!
This was an epically great storyline of life and love between a childhood friends growing and learning from each other in a rural village on a small island. The acting was top notch from PBG, IU and supporting casts. I cried buckets of tears through the majority of the episodes and would recc!
LJW and KHY would've been my next kdrama romance pairing wishes but I'm ready for them to venture into other genres as acting experience. Too bad because only romance comedy dramas are my cup of tea
For serious, this kdrama synopsis bores me into oblivion and I’ve never enjoyed LMH’s acting, granted the last dramas I saw of his were TKEM and TH. I should give him another chance to impress me right? He was the 1st ML of my 1st kdrama BOF
*happily presses Epi10 and seriously thinks something is wrong with the button* I put this on hold for 2 weeks due to Vietnamese New Year festivities and find out this drama will be delayed by a few weeks of only 1 episode 🥹

Not that both actresses don’t do the dress justice but it’s too easily recognizable. Weird how it got featured in 2 kdramas when there are so many better dress designs out there
This was an immensely funny movie that made me laugh out loud on many parts! UJH kicked @ss and the casts were perfect compliment to the whole storyline. Recommend!
Epi4 was slower paced but that unexpected cliffhanger made up for it all! I thought *it* wasn’t going to develop until halfway through drama. So far, I’m liking this handsomely sauve ML and seriously frustrated FL as a couple and looking forward to their office romance. 😍 I’m not understanding what relationship of SML and FL yet? Why did his father invite FL to move in with SML? He’s a cute boy but he looks like jailbait for FL 😂
I had this drama on hold after Epi11 because I felt bored of its minuscule work office “twist” endings. At the time, I guess I was done with FL character’s hard work at her beer company. I finally picked it back up to finish the last episode and give this drama a 7 rating for its feel-good-slow-brew-romance. I really don’t think I would give it that high of a rating if I didn’t lower my expectations. No re-watch value here. The cuteness of the 1MLs was fit for Romance alright but the 2MLs were subpar. The support characters had their small bits of charm but very forgettable, imo.
Why did I start this? I actually liked the first 2 episodes and love the animosity between the MLs! HJM still looks so good after all these years and I don’t remember ever seeing LJH before. He looks so handsome and his attentive character fits so well!
That poster of a professional man and women with a height difference is calling me but I need some comedy to watch this. Please tell me it’s not all serious? I just finished a great WTPR drama that had good comedy bits
