I like the story so far but I feel like the directing is a bit off, especially the scene transitions (a lot of them being fade to black and the music abruptly cut) Still, the show is enjoyable overall
Theyve supposed to have dated for 7 years and not only has shes never mer his mother, they have NO idea what each…
As others have mentioned, it's a fairly common thing in SEA. In Korea specifically you usually wouldn't meet the parents until you plan for the wedding, which is what's happening here! It's not just a drama trope. Hope that clears it up ^^
I genuinely do not understand why they didn't spend the last episode with the mains working out the conflict and Day receiving his transplant and adjusting. It would have made so much more sense. Instead they broke up over one fight (that wasn't even break-up worthy) and met three whole years later. Everything after that obviously feels rushed. It's been an interesting show so far but the twelfth episode honestly left me disappointed.
Hope you like it! Fair warning, you might have trouble finding it in the next few weeks since another adaptation from this author is currently airing. I myself had to go to four different bookshops to find them ^^"
It's a bit different so far, but I love the writing and where the story is going! Rather than the story, I think they took the main concept of it to create the show. Both are very interesting in their own way ^^ I don't know if you can find it translated, but if you're into light murder-mystery I definitely recommend it!
It's a korean book so doesn't really fit the article haha But I'm currently reading The killer's shopping list by Kang Ji-Young. So far it's really interesting! When it comes to foreign literature Guillaume Musso's books would make really interesting dramas too in my opinion!
Thank you for this article, I enjoyed it a lot! The book I'm currently reading has actually been turned into a drama already, so I'm pretty happy with it. But I would love to see some of Kim Young Ha's works turned into a movie/drama. See you on Part 3 hopefully!
Episode 15: What in the world is happening right now? Why. Is Baek-Ryeon not saying anything? Not calling anyone when the suspect is RIGHT THERE? Even after the surgery is done, she doesn't mention it to anyone?
Still, the show is enjoyable overall
thank you!
You can also check on the Kyobo website, who knows maybe there's one near you that still has some left!
