It's a a very good, light drama. Honestly as a whole I don't think there is any flaw in terms of story nor acting and final product. I started watching in 2x speed just because I wanted to watch in less time, not because it annoyed me. But there were times when I accidentally put it to normal speed and I didn't even realize it till an episode or so. I just ended up not caring much about the last episode or so, but it's not because I thought it was a bad drama.

I thought at first that BJS was dying, but in the end he is shown well and alive. SDC would be feasible if BJS died, but that is not the case.

I believe episodes 17 and 18 were a lazy attempt to sort of detach Oh Ha Ra from Joon Soo, but Do Chan himself took notice in episode 18 that she was still wearing the pendent despite her being on the outs with Joon Soo. I don't know if the show showed her without the pendent in the following episodes (she's wearing closed-collar shirts in the clips I watched afterwards)--but using a fake-out to be the beginning of the start of the reason for her to remove the pendant is lazy and basically turns the favor away from Do Chan.

That 'timing' and 'harsh luck' scenario works in other instances, but not when the other option is a carbon copy look-alike of the original guy she always liked.

The only way Ha-Ra could be written with Do Chan would be if Joon Soo were to die, and then she moves on from his death. In this case, it doesn't matter that it's a look-alike, because the original has passed away. It is not a matter of falling out of love with the original but rather accepting a loss, grieving and moving on. But from what I saw of the last clips of the last episode, JS doesn't die. So...

I finished up to episode 18, and I felt the writing started to stall. Skipped to the end of episode 20, and then skipped towards the end of the last episode.

I have to say, I feel it's obvious they couldn't really follow through with a romance b/w the two leads because the only feasible one is with BJS. You can't show that the FL was so enamored with BJS for so long and then just have her lose those feelings to start to like his lookalike .

From the description and clips, female character and scenario is quite similar to the same actress' drama 'Thank You.'

I didn't watch long enough till the reveal of however he knew her earlier. I am guessing he ran into her at that awards ceremony (the snippet they showed early in the drama where she's announced winner and he learns her name). I am guessing he was attracted to her and interested in her then, but she, because she was in a relationship, had no awareness or interest in the men around her.

If this is the case, then he should know that he has nothing to worry about. They got together and cleared their issue of her original reason to chase him. And then he stops her from responding to Yu You's message asking her if she's okay. Yu You is the one who advised her on what she was doing wrong in her attempts to communicate with Shi Yan.

There really was no reason for Shi Yan to be overbearing like that at that point in time. They were not doing any more blind dates. Shi Yan and Shu Yu are truly together again, so what is so appealing about a dude huffing and puffing over friends and acquaintances messaging?

And Yu You was never even someone who was pursuing Shu Yu. He only saw her as compatible and wasn't opposed to possibility. And soon after he realized he wasn't opposed to the possibility, he figured out she was with Shi Yan (when she backed out on getting coffee at the conference).

I watched this mostly on 2x speed and dropped it soon after the leads got back together. I don't know exactly which episode I stopped. This is a good watch if one just wants to chill. I really enjoyed the drama till I dropped it. I had given up on the online novel last after a few chapters last year, so I had no issue with the FL since I was dreading novel-level cringe and the drama was much better.

That being said, I don't know what is supposed to be so endearing about MLs freaking out about the FL having normal relationships/conversations with other men. ML claimed proudly to another love interest that he is not one to limit or hold FL but she is free to choose whoever she wants.

But yet, he got jealous over his secretary being in a group chat with FL. True they weren't together then, but seriously, he gets annoyed at that mere communication between them? Then after they are together, he gets annoyed at a message from another male friend checking in on her. I stopped watching at the end of that episode, I think.
I don't know why they had to put that aspect in, when the ML was pretty chill and cool otherwise. He always composed and practical regarding her interactions with other males. But for bizarre reason they had to have him be be picky about messaging.

I really enjoyed this drama. Last episode had many things that just conveniently fell in place, but this is that type of drama. Just a neat, fun watch.

One thing. I don't think Shin Cha Il was ever shown using a recorder, but rather was always shown using his phone. At least I don't remember it.

If there were a S2 it would have to be with SHK and a different cast

Well it was obvious that the President is behind it all.

But I did have a suspicion of that shareholder. Is he working with the president? As soon as he said to SCI to bring him proof of the financial fraud, I thought that they are paving the way for VP to be pinned and to take the fall. I thought President probably primed Choi in advance that Audit will find out.. and promised him leniency and pay off after framing VP.

When the three members were tailing the three targets, I was expecting President and Choi to have planned it out that Choi would meet with VP, knowing they were being tailed.

I never expected President to try to kill Sin Cha Il and Choi, but rather be more thorough in framing the VP. But wow, he is trying is to frame VP for triple murders.

Second the thought that there shouldn't be S2. Just wrap it up nicely.

Seo Jin really downplays the depth and closeness of her relationship to Dae Ung. I don't know if that's her personality or if she consciously took that route for the audit.

Episode 9



I knew it was shady when the Assistant Manager was sitting outside the car and apologizing that the documents were stolen.

I am watching this drama right now.

I just want to say Jung Woong In has great eyebrows. Every time he's on screen, I just keep having that thought.

Well it could also be about the integrity of the auditing as well. Though VP hasn't been audited, ostentatiously at least, many of the audit subjects were linked to VP and he is seen as trying to protect them.

I actually find the timing well done regarding the reveal as well.

I'm sorry, but it would be truly a let down and stupid of the show to try to squeeze in romance more than half way past the show when so many have been enjoying this without unneeded romance.

But unfortunately, I am half expecting them to go that route.

Han Su's male co-worker also went above and beyond and spent all night at the archives to help him. Is that romance? Honestly, am hoping for no romance. Tired of co-workers leads male/female always having to be romantic. But knowing my luck, they will push that in there.

Romance isn't a prerequisite for him to mature, and in fact his character should mature without romance. I think romance at this point will just make his character progression annoying.

And even still, the issue is still the same. He believes in 'trust' and doesn't understand the fact that the head of auditing would have to maintain objectivity. His going above and beyond still is the same character as was in episode 1. That's not the issue. He goes above and beyond. So do others, but he more so. The issue is his mentality of unacceptance of others' different outlook.

i don't know if I will watch this but finally a lead couple in this scenario. Cheongdam-dong Alice dealt with this symathetically in the case of ML and SFL. I think after that drama, there have been a few dramas which followed the theme of showing perspective of the ex who rook the money and left the main lead. But they were never the OTP.

I suspected the brother turning out to be a bad guy from episode 1 itself where the camera and direction is ominous during his meeting with police officials to discuss the mutual agreement.

What is this obsession of having MLs be betrayed by by their closest and trusted family/friend. Why? Why not just give them a good hyung or friend throughout the drama instead of having their closest person be their secret enemy.

I hate it really.

I filtered for comedy and excluded romance and slight romance and came across this, and watched the first three episodes. I was really enjoying this but wanted to confirm a suspicion about the direction the show might take so checked spoilers, and my fears were confirmed, and am really disappointed... so don't know if I will continue.
