Yes, there's a salacious, lip-licking quality in reporting the death of this poor, unknown person - as if it's being used as a way to randomly talk about the drama/actors (hence the photo). MDL plunges ever lower.

The plot sounds a bit like a Korean version of Psych (the protagonist pretends to have psychic powers but is really just very observant and intuitive).

Is this 'spinoff' essentially a prequel? It tells the story of the Fab Four when they were young doctors?

No, it's a typical 'lo_ve' headline. She/he is the MDL equivalent of The Sun. Its one of the MDL admins, of course - hence the poor English.

She's one of those (sadly rare) Korean actresses who do actual acting. I was beyond disgusted that MDL only added her to the cast list somewhat after the drama had started airing. I think this site is showing its thick as mince/fangirl origins increasingly often recently. I hope any numpty considering acquiring MDL does their due diligence.

I hope the FL role calls for lots of crying and staring.

Don't worry, I'm sure it will remain in the number 1 spot for MDLs 'currently airing' dramas despite being either lower-scored or less watched than some of the others. I wonder how big the bung was?

The FL is a lot nicer than Scarlett O'Hara (no children yet but I suspect she wont negect them to death) plus she really likes the ML - Scarlett saw Rhett as a meal ticket and never quite let go of Ashley.

She hadn't been accepted at that point, but even if she had, its not something a grown-ass adult does, complete with v signs etc.

This is huge fun. A bit silly but very, very entertaining. Of course, they had to make the FL a bit thick/embarrassing (her selfies in front of the 'special unit' sign - who does that?) but hey, this is a kdrama.

I hoped that this would be based on I’m Waiting For You by Kim Bo-Young but can see, from further reading, its not. Gutted.

I agree, it was the writing that made the 'age gap' weird and jarring, not what the actress looks like. In a normal world nobody would question why a 40/45 year old man found a slim, attractive 45/50 year old woman appealling. But they had to make her 'look' younger for it to be socially acceptable and tried to do so, clumsily, through the story and dialogue.

Yes, but a 'writer' (a real one, at least) interprets, it doesn't just vomit up a - badly translated - second hand article. That's all this 'writer' ever does.

Even in - extremely conservative - South Korea, two umarried adults going on dates is not considered scandalous. Yes, the trash media uses the word, incorrectly, when it comes to singers and actors - they are expected to be always and overtly single for their creepy fans (who always think they're in with a chance, sadly).

Because the writers are dumb as a box of hair.
